Lovely hotel and excellent customer service

When we pulled up to the hotel, it was eerily empty/quiet. Maybe I expected to see valet and doorman to greet us etc but nothing. We walked in and went to the lobby. Not a guest in site. The check-in was quick and smooth with Ryan helping us, he could not have been nicer and more helpful. Being a Marriott/Bonvoy member, we qualified for an upgrade. I asked for a view. We got to our room which was quite large with a sitting area, bar area, huge walk-in closet and separate sinks in different areas - all in all, a very nice room. However, the view was completely obscured by trees and the room so dark that you needed most if not all the lights on even in the middle of the day. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was no door where the toilet is so if someone is using the toilet, no-one else can really be in the bathroom at the same time unless you like sharing. I guess everyone was at the pool as it was packed and I was barely able to find a lounge chair. I dragged over an unused umbrella and it was fine. Some of the lounge chairs were pretty worn and not suitable to be used. There was a DJ playing loud music and kids splashing and yelling. I have older kids so I have no issue with kids at all, I wanted something a lot quieter and chill. There are a couple of food options/restaurants but as we were visiting family, we went out for every meal. We had a drink at the hotel bar which was nice. A very nice hotel overall

Loved staying in the casitas they were spacious and within walking distance to the main hotel. The kitchen had a very large fridge which was nice to have during my stay.

There were bugs in the room - we got them out. The hotel website is not up to date they advertise an ice cream social but the discontinued that long ago. Couldn’t find the pool by the tennis courts sign is there but when you follow it you end up in the neighborhood. We used the main pool.

We have our youngest daughter at UofA and we have used Omni multiple times. It is phenomenal. The staff are amazing. This trip they went above and beyond. My daughters package delivery date was updated to a later date after we were leaving and Justin said he would personally deliver it. I have never gotten service like this anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Definitely not what I was expecting for the price and for the name. It was good, but I wouldn’t say it was great. First, you get that there’s no valet. I would’ve expected a valet at a location like this. The Internet is trash you cannot connect to anything because it is super slow and the signal is very bad so It drops. When you ask for towels or whatever it takes a while to get them because housekeeping is not in yet or whatever it may be, but you should be able to get towels at all hours of the night in a hotel normally. Also, the food at the restaurant was really not that great so we ended up going out to get food.

I can honestly say that this resort experience was the best stay I’ve ever had. Everything was amazing. From check-in complete with a welcome gift for our daughter, last minute cabana reservations and gifts, dinner and drinks to breakfast dropped off at our door in the morning. We wished we could have stayed longer to continue being pampered. I’d give them an even higher rating if I could!

Everything was very nice room was a little outdated but comfortable, the only thing that was a little amiss was the furniture on the patio was not very good and the pool area the same with the lounger’s being very worn and the pool decking was horrible.

Not all OMNI resorts made the same. Location is not bad Service. I was being ignored with all my requests. Nobody showed us to the room. Took us 20 min driving around to find it. Electricity did not work on arrival. Contacting them over email did not work had to drive to the front desk to get an engineer to fix it. They try to get out of cleaning our room. Texted us to opt out of it for charity. After cleaning they left folded rug in bathroom remaining folded. Only towels were replaced. They gave us 2 creamers for 3 people. When I asked for more. Front desk lied they will be there only in 20 min when he knew well there is nobody on yet to help me. When I drove inAGAIN to get the creamer. He handed me coffee tickets but was dismissive rather than apologetic. It was supposed to be luxurious end to our road trip. But it was the worst out of 6

perfect stay, perfect accomodations, just perfect

Really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely come back.
