Loved my stay, room was on point. The ladies that welcomed me (tall lady and another lady with black hair and glasses, Leslie I think is her name) where very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The whole experience

Es we walked thru lobby with no staff to be found. I’ve never seen a front desk go so unmanned. We waited 2 hours to have the battery changed in our smoke detector which kept chirping. Good property but newer staff are terrible compared to past employees.

The suite was very comfortable. I usually wake earlier than my husband, so it was nice to have a separate room to go to and to make my coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours before leaving, at that time staff did say it was taken care of, but at the time we left the request was denied. Very disappointing from an otherwise good fscility

The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer was awesome! I do wish the pool water had been warmer, and a hit tub would have been great. The courtyard area was very nice.

The hotel was nice and clean. We had a full kitchenette in our room which was nice. The front desk gave us a big list of restaurants in the area. Everything about the hotel was good except the location behind a gas station and far from places to eat.We had to drive everywhere.

The suite was clean and had so much room. It is located minutes from everything and it was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep our clothes clean. Will definitely stay again

Room was excellent and having the washer and dryer in the room was great. If I ever stay in the Tuscon area in the future, this would be my choice.

Free parking, large refrigerator, and laundry facilities. I was informed the night before that the room I reserved was unavailable, so I was given a different room. I was given a wheelchair accessible room, which was not properly maintained, with a dirty floor and black soles on the soles of my feet. The shower was in poor condition and did not have enough water. The closet was wheelchair accessible, so I couldn't hang my dress. The TV was not maintained, so I couldn't watch it right away and it took a long time to set it up. The air conditioner was noisy. The living space was small. The coffee maker was dirty and unusable.

Needed an overnight stay on my trip to California..This was the Very best hotel along the way. Very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Wish I had this hotel in every state I've stopped in..If ever I'm in need of an hotel in South Tucson it will this one Everything was great

Good but a few things like no hand soap and no blow-dryer in the room, had to ask for them. No one at the reception desk at all, having to call to ask what I need or wait until someone shows up at the reception desk.

Property is located in a very conviente location, close to stores theres a variety of places to eat and a gas station right across the street also right off of i10. Staff (Valerie) was very nice welcoming us. Property is clean quite and safe with easy parking, only thing I would suggest would be nice if only some rooms where pet friendly and not all (allergies), our room did have pet hair which we didn't like, how ever staff did provided us with a lint roller, very much appreciated. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

Always a pleasure staying here. The rooms are spotless, modern, comfortable, and a value. Full size kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer are worth the price alone.
