While check-in and check-out were easy, and room was clean and comfortable, property stopped serving breakfast since last time stayed there...didnt want to eat micky-d's, so wont bother staying there again, as orher options were available in the area that did advertise breakfast for same cost.

It advertises breakfast and they do not do breakfast, the rugs in the rooms were dirty you could not walk around without shoes on or our feet would back blackish.

This is one of those kind of places that you just stay at because you don't have money for the nicer one, which was not my intention. The bed was okay and the room was cool enough. The size of the television was only twice the size of the remote control and did not have any channels but local. Hotels.com stated that it has a pool but it does not! It also charges $15 a night for pets which was not on the hotels.com. it is nice that they allow pets it's not nice that they don't go out and clean up what pets leave behind.

AC was marginally efficient. No amenities -- breakfast, phone in room, etc . Staff member was cordial.

Checked in at 9 PM, checked out 5:45 AM. For the price was good.

Booked this hotel by mistake and lost money if it was the only hotel in tupelo Ms I would rather drive 50ml than to stay there.

Mini flee less expensive than others in the area, but the service was acceptable. It was less expensive and you got what you paid for, but it was not anything objectionable overall in good value.

Nice people and staff cold air comfy beds

The most disrespectful, rude and insulting night clerk I have ever had to deal with. The way he talked to me and treated me was deplorable. Five other potential customers were so appalled they walked out when I walked out and we all went down the road to the Super 8 where the customer service was excellent.

When my husband and I arrived, the room wasn't even ready. This was well past check in. Their excuse was they had no housekeeping. That was the first issue. The other issue was the small cramped space u used to check in. Almost like a heated box. No air. No ventilation. The room itself was ok. The air worked perfectly. Eventhough this place was right next to a Love's truck, it was very quiet and well lit. I don't even know if there was wi-fi.

The hotel was going under renovation supposedly so there was no breakfast. There was a hole in the wall right inside my door. The bathroom wall was a little yucky by the bathtub. Pillows were okay, but I would recommend bringing your own if you're picky about your pillow. Forgot about the train by the property. And a truck stop right next to it.

My air conditioner didn't work in my first room but I went to the desk and she gladly moved me to another room with working ac.

nice hotel right off exit. clean, well maintained, safe area. Room smelled of smoke but not over the top. Bathroom clean and room was nice enough for an overnight.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I slept in peace.

The $50 deposit and they couldn't tell me as of when it would be returned. Stayed2 nights, would not change out our bed linens.

Convenient access to room, clean and adequate room however small things were evident in facility and room such as sparse reception area, supplies stored in open areas, tv broadcast was not sized to fully fill small screen though channel selections were good, bar soap & one small packet of shampoo. Adequate facility for a nights sleep but not much amenities provided.
