The rooms were very clean. They exceeded my expectation. The breakfast was not so good. I would give it a one star. The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff are a 5+ in my opinion.

Clean rooms and nice staff. No hot breakfast, only cereal and muffins.

Everything was just okay except the staff. Two of the employees we had interaction with were great while the third didn’t even acknowledge us.

Worked well for us for a one-night stay. Missed a hot breakfast but Bagel Bar was OK.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The woman at check in was very kind and friendly. The hotel itself sits back fast enough from the highway that only the occasional loud vehicle could be heard, at least while I was still awake, and then once I was asleep there wasn't one loud enough to wake me. There was enough room in our room (2 queens and a sleeper sofa) for my husband, myself, and our two teens to spread out, so that was definitely nice! It felt like the value wasn't there for what I paid. There was an issue with my room, a safety issue at that, and when I tried to report it at check out, the staff that assisted me in checking out didn't seem to care at all and didn't even offer to report the issue to management or maintenance. I'm not sure if maybe it wasn't his area and he was just filling in or what the deal was, but it was kind of upsetting considering that someone could have been seriously hurt.

The beds were comfortable. The location. The broken floor tiles in the bathroom. The squeaky bathroom door (had tp spray the hinges with Axe body spray). The breakfast choices.
