Checking in took forever. The person escorted the person before us to her room that seemed to be her friend prolonging it even longer. There was no pool, which I should have noticed but when I emailed to see if there was another Hilton to transfer no one would respond to me.

Close to everything. Necee from the kitchen is a hardworking woman that needed to be commended. Very good breakfast. Common areas always kept clean & neat. Area is safe.Allowed to check in early. Thanks to Eve.

Parking lot had trash everywhere. Our room had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and all over the shower curtain. Air conditioner didn't work very well and the 2nd day of a 4 day stay my daughter was bit, and a few hours later we noticed bed bugs. Room 322 was definitely not clean! There was no manager available. Needless to say we checked out and had to find a new place to stay and fork out more money.

The rooms were very clean. They exceeded my expectation. The breakfast was not so good. I would give it a one star. The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff are a 5+ in my opinion.

It was Ok. Landscaping looks terrible. Outdated building that had been repainted.
