At one time I am sure the room was nice but it had not been maintained.

Room was awful, everything was old and run down, the room had a terrible smell. Was dirty

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Just needs to replace things like rusted fixtures, pillows (washing pillows leaves clumps), couch with cigarette burns, breakfast area needs to have chairs updated(each seat cushion had the vinyl material flaking off). Lamp was missing bulb. AC took a few hours to cool off, so didn't sleep well. Booked for the pool, but pool hours where shorter than anticipated (9-9pm), so didn't get to use bcuz we checked in about 10pm and left at 815am. Pool area did look clean.

Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed. Pool towels were never stocked. Had to ask for everything. Gone the whole day and room still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was good but limited selection. Would not stay here again.

Stayed during a family visit. Hotel was clean and quiet. Just what we needed

The staff were helpful when I was at the desk. However, everything was old and needed repair and lacked regular maintenance. Not enough options for breakfast. Earlier/later hours for the pool would have been appreciated but probably needed renovations also. We were only given a sheet and a thin blanket for the pull out couch. The beds were kind of damp. There was rust and unidentifiable stains on the mattress and couch cushions and ottomans. There was milky liquid on our refrigerated items the morning after.

The whole staff was friendly. The hotel was well kept, and clean.

The staff was excellent! Our room was fair and TV was a problem, even with intervention. Breakfast was decent. The hotel does need remodeling, since Twinsburg is an up and comlng suburb.

We did not arrive until midnight. The staff at the desk was pleasant but very hospitable. Going to our room we used the elevator as we were on the second floor. The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. Going into the room there was wallpaper falling off, large marks on the wall. In the bathroom there was a 4 inch screw coming off the frame of the sink that must have held up something but now only the screw was there. We opened the pull out bed and there was a large stain on the mattress, we turned the mattress over and looked for sheets, none were found. Wanted to call the front desk but the cord on the phone was broken. Walked to the front desk and informed the clerk about the issues with the room, he could not move us to another room as none were available. He did not offer any compensation only said sorry. Looking around the hotel you could see that the routine maintenance was not completed on a regular basis for some time. As a hotel in the Hilton family it is disappointing to have such a poorly maintained property in their portfolio. Not sure why Hilton is not inspecting their properties on a regular basis. Also it is very disappointing that Expedia allows this property to be listed. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Bathroom was dirty. Pillows too small. Not the hotel, but the restaurant across the street wasn’t any good either.

Not many choices food was bad but kitchen staff was great The smell mold in room carpet missing dirty sheets bed bugs

The room was pretty bad. Broken shelves in the kitchenette, furniture that was too big for the room, dirty/stained carpets, pills on sofa. It really was just a tired room

The room was very dirty ,sheets have no elastic to stay on the bed ,Old outdated small Tv .All doors slam making it hard to sleep .
