The carts for luggage were broke and rigged with tape. The room was horrendous. Holes in the walls and bathroom door. Powder substance all over the couch. Stains on the walls, carpet, tub, sink, and toilet. All were dirty. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled of mold. We immediately grabbed our suit cases and went down to request a refund. This is where we discovered the hotel had already charged our card double for the room. Two separate transactions. Now praying our money is returned as promised Monday morning. The parking lot was full of people hanging out and loud music. This is not a family friendly hotel what so ever.

Had a procedure done at local Cleve.Clinic and hotel 5 minutes away very convenient to stay rather to drive after procedure. Restaurants and banks conveniently located.Made the trip stress free.

Poorly staffed at night.

The hotel also has an unpleasant smell. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom floor planking was warped and misplaced. Shower floor edge looked like had mold. Shade on a lamp was torn. I hate to make a bad report on a hotel room but this room was not right. I did talk to desk clerk and she was helpful as were other staff I ran into. I give the staff 5 stars for friendliness but the room, 2 stars was best I would give it.

The room was beautiful and clean! Rooms were very quiet. Was in town for a concert at Blossom Music Center, during check-out, staff asked how the show was, which I thought was pretty cool. (Concert was amazing by the way!) Would definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t print anything in the business center and the lack of any variety in the breakfast options was disappointing, but would recommend to travelers concerned about a tight budget. This hotel was chosen for me by my employer. If it had been my choice, I probably would have spent a little more for a different hotel.

was put in a room that had a ring in the toilet so wasn't cleaned and carpet was unvacuumed. Bed was made tho cleanliness of first room and air did not seem to work properly

There were no cleaning staff to change the garbage or towels

I wouldnt advise nobody to stay here The property smelled horrible and rooms was dirty and staff didnt care. Its like they had our money so we was stuck.

Friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast, unfortunately the good coffee machine was down, but that did not take away from the stay and hospitality.
