I needed a good night sleep and this place was there, fair priced, what I needed and ... I got a good night sleep

No juices or hot coffee present at breakfast. Pool water greenish snd swampy and only ice machine in facility is not working. In room coffee pot missing liser drawer that holds coffee pods so inly able to use it for hot water. These folks especially corporate owners can do a much better job.

Older motel but our room was clean. AC unit ran cold. Very nice staff. Nice indoor pool. Quiet area. Restaurants close. Breakfast was decent. Apples, Hard boiled eggs, Yogurt, cold cereals, packages of oatmeal, little muffins, toast, juice, coffee and make your owm waffles.

But not a very good breakfast.. no pastriesxat all to go w your coffee... And the Raisin bran was stale.. just saying .. otherwise... It was a good stay...

The breakfast was more then light! I made fresh waffles with butter and syrup, 2 hard boiled eggs with butter, salt, and pepper, a container of peach yogurt, and ate a slice of wheat bread with butter and grape jelly with my two cups of coffee that was just freshly brewed. Staff were very helpful to me and all the guest I witnessed while I was there for my two day and 2 night stay. The indoor swimming pool was open, but my schedule and events I participated in over the weekend had me leaving early both days and returning late evening. I saw several families using the pool both evenings and they all looked like they were enjoying thier time in the pool! My room was excellent! The bed was amazing and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and everything in the room was in working order. The coffee pot, small fridge, mcrowave,TV, all the lights, and air conditioning all working. The time spent at the hotel was relazing, comfortable, and enjoyable. My famuly would have enjoyed the visit if they were with me! The shower, bathroom sink, toilet, water pressure, towels, hand towels, wash clothes, floor mat, and temperatures of the water were all working to my satifaction! It was a great choice and I look foward to staying there again on my next visit to Yakima, WA. The location us right next door to the Denny's, the mall area, and centralized location made it easy to get to where I needed to go, and the parking area and entrance were busy, but manageable! Thank you!

The room wasn’t the cleanest, there was no soap in the room at all, the bed was stiff, and the pillows weren’t comfortable.

Place was a-ok. The breakfast is really basic. Cereal and a waffle maker. Yogurt. Which is fine. Just setting expectations. It's three floors so be ready for stairs. I didn't look for an elevator so I don't know if they had one.
