Everything was decent. The room was nicer than expected. Staff is helpful ... One guy doesn't like having to make you a key when you need one which is an eye roller but not that serious! ... Other than that, no major complaints.

Today, I approach the woman in the office and requested that she provide me with a remote for my TV because the one I have currently doesn't work. She told me sorry but I'd have to wait until tomorrow after I paid practically $500 to stay in this room. Given the amount of money I spent, you would think I would receive better customer service.\n Victory. Customer service seems to be a problem in this facility today.I approach the woman in the office and requested that she would provide me with a different remote for my TV.Cause the current one doesn't work or in the alternative move me to a room where the TV works She told me it's near the weekend and that other customers were coming, and she didn't want to inconvenience them. Here I'm here now. And she can't assist me said I about I'd have to wait till tomorrow. I told her I wanted to watch TV tonight for gods sake. All I got was sorry from her. Well. I'm sorry I came here now

Not good The whole property smells like weed

Disappointing

Room was dirty and had cockroaches. Furniture needed repair. The chair that was in the room was completely tearing apart, we didn't even want it in our room, told the staff, and wheeled it out by the garbage. No replacement was offered.

Clean room quiet place great air conditioning

The property is old I found a roach Dead one the linen had cigarette burns all over it pillowcases sheets bedspread some of the furniture too the TV had to be programmed every time you turned it on wouldn't turn channels like it was supposed to in between the bedroom and going to the sink the piece of wood across it they had a Trump missing and all they use was take the cover the ceiling looked like they had a leak through there it had cracks and a patch put on and they come a partner hang in there for them to do that that means they didn't take care of it right when the water came through that means that properly mold behind it Was a good location

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in our room. They refused to give us a refund to stay elsewhere.

Room was fairly clean but bed sheets were not. Excessive guests noise, specially room next to mine. Transient family living there with three small children who kept screaming up until about 11:00 p.m.!! I called front desk and the screaming continued for 30 more minutes. Then at 1:30 a.m. a man starts banging on their door and screaming at the woman for personal issues that I do not want to go in detail because they are gross. There were a lot of small roaches roaming the bathroom and specially the bathtub. Will never stay at this hotel again.

It was next to the venue we had to attend. We check in get the room , no bed sheets, trash everywhere, my husband had to go tell front desk to move us, the next room on the 2nd floor was ok. But then all the people and activity going around outside was horrible. You could tell people with low income live there, and ALOT OF DRUG ACTIVITIES. I wanted to cancel and go pay 3x the price at a different hotel just for peace and safety for my family. But they said I couldn't cancel. Never again.
