Royalton Inn & Suites

It was clean and comfortable for the night. It needed yard work done for sure. It was way over priced but only hotel available because of events going on.

Staff is friendly

Front desk staff were awesome the pool was well kept the rooms were clean and the air conditioner kept the whole room cool

Did not want road bicycle in room until we insisted. (Bags were attached) Room and bathroom were not very clean, room smelled very bad, ac not working the greatest, hairdryer did not work, desk manager was nice but felt we were being watched on every move in & out of the room. Used the washer & was questioned what we were washing (lightweight cycling clothing). Probably will not be back.

The room/hotel served it's purpose for us perfectly fine. But the owner could take a little more respect of their property and make it look a tiny bit nicer outside. A simple weed eater and maybe some weed killer would do some magic here.

Front desk lady was very friendly not sure if she was owner but she was there late and there at 5am either way excellent friendly service rooms were clean and smoke free

It had a really nice pool

and what looked like mold on the wall. WE CHECKED OUT and got no refund, they say you have to refund us!

The room was dirty hasnt been dusted in a while. Ac/heater was dirty, shower had mold on walls . There was somthing on the wall by the light .not sure what it was . Needed a extermely deep clean

Good shower, unexpectedly comfortable bed and pillows, clean, and helpful and professional desk clerk. We would stay here again.

Good choice for anyone traveling through Mid-Ohio and needed a lower priced hotel. Property was clean and comfortable.

Very dated and old. Was little on dirty side.

Arrived in room and it was very very dirty. Head boards full of dust, Tv full of dust, cobwebs , paint peeling off walls, and a very dirty phone, just to mention some. Informed front desk of situation. No other room available on parking side. Left the Hotel and arrived back at room late. No attempt at all to at least dust the room. Been here numerous times this year. Will not be back. I'll go to Bucyrus, Ohio instead.

Friendly & helpful staff

We were satisfied with our two day stay. The motel was, I would consider a fair condition and it was better than other motels in the the city. If we were to return to Upper Sandusky we would probably choose the same Royalston suite where we stayed before.
