Bad experience at check in, I booked king bed and showed lady at check in. She argued me with me that I did not. Very rude and she said they had no king rooms left. With a parking lot that was almost empty.

I was double charged for one pet. There was no hot water in the refrigerator didn’t work. When asked the front desk about the fridge. The answer was too bad. The bathroom floor was filthy, and there was hair in the tub from previous people. Look in the back above. I put it in the wrong spot.

It was a beautiful room and I was traveling with my two pets and you could tell that the room was clean because normally dogs can smell if there’s any thing lingering and they did not see smell anything. The bathroom was nice and clean. The only thing with the shower is the shampoo dispenser was empty and also the refrigerator did not get cold. I would recommend this place highly I really enjoyed my stay.

Easy to find The room we got was on ground floor with 12 ft ceilings. Road noise and what must have been pilot training with jets roaring over head kept us awake most of the night.

Breakfast was reasonable. Location right off the interstate worked to reduce my travel time. Room was very clean and bed/mattress was perfect. Eggs lacked taste.

Comfortable beds We had requested non pet rooms which you confirmed with us that the facility could provide. Well, it is an all-pet facility and there are NO non pet rooms. However our room seemed to have no problems for us but the guests brought their pets into the breakfast room which we did boot appresciate

Fine for a one-night 'passing through' stay. Nothing negative, but nothing special. The price was right. My wife said breakfast was good.Having said that, I would stay again.8
