La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Valdosta

Very quiet and tucked away. Breakfast was awesome and staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was awful. Just awful. We booked last minute driving home, so we didn’t do careful research. When I arrived, the place smelled of cheap cologne. The hallways smelled of some kind of cooking, and the room itself was not in good condition. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned, and there were chipped up tiles in the bathroom. All in all, just awful. I immediately walked back downstairs, turned in my key and left to find another place. And they wouldn’t issue a refund. To be fair, I booked the non-refundable option with Expedia (who wasn’t very helpful either), but still, there should be exceptions to this (e.g. the room is disgusting when you arrive, etc.).

Torie was amazing. Very smooth check in process. She hosted happy hour one night and was a great host. You can tell she cares about people and loves her job. Hotel was clean.

This was my first time at this location. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel seems new and has nice looking things inside, but the building feels flimsy. Also, if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the traffic from I-75 consistently and the guests in the next rooms. I didn't like that they require you to become a member before you can get internet access. I'm already a member of Wyndham, but I couldn't find how to get internet access since I booked through Expedia for the better rate. The front desk lady wasn't allowed to give me the password, so she put it in my phone herself. I wasn't able to connect my Kindle because I would have had to go back down to the front desk and ask her if she would be willing to put the password in there also. The pool was tiny. The only places to eat that were close by were Burger King and Wawa. However, the breakfast was excellent. I won't stay at this location again, but I might stay at another La Quinta in the future.

It was nice overnight stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent and better than most I have experienced at other similar hotels. It was hot and that is important to me. Good selection too. Location was excellent, right off highway, but very quiet. The hotel is newer or refurbished. Lots of parking close to entrance. Very much enjoyed our stay. see above notes

Over all everything....was my second time there...will go again... Minimal breakfast choices but better than others

First time taking my fur baby. The staff was nice area for Rudy (fur baby)was very nice plenty of space for him to walk and do his business. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean and big,clean. My grandson and niece enjoyed the pool will go back again. Staff very friendly

Hotel was great and so convenient for our travels. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and rooms comfortable.

The room was ready for check in when we arrived. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and it was only about a 20 minute drive to Wild Adventures. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Breakfast could be way better! Other than that it was ok star.

The hotel overall is nice for the price. Just a few minor things weren’t clean to my standards: bed sheet had lint and some tiny hairs; shower had some pink mildew and some hair. Yuck! But at least the sheets were still cotton, unlike most hotels going microfiber. Breakfast was great and coffee was excellent!
