The room the musty. The furniture was extremely worn

It was very nice. The staff was great

This property is okay for a few hours of needed sleep. It is, however, dated & not a destination stay. Our room door scraped against the frame & did not open or close without significant effort which made a lot of noise.

The group had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Pet friendly, super easy check in, great location!

It was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee maker in the room or laundry bag, which was irksome to my husband. Otherwise we thought it was very nice.

This was a halfway stop at the beginning of our vacation. Lovely hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast options.

Everything except I was double charged and they tried to charge a 3rd time saying it's just pending on my end... yeah it maybe pending but there are limts on debit cards and that did affect me for the day and this is on a Saturday so come Monday I will see about gett8ng this corrected with the hotel and my bank. Being double charged and the hotel trying to charge me again thinking it didn't work but bank account clearly showing I got charged twice.

The hot tub wasn't very hot. However it did make it easier to go from the hottub back to the pool.

Hotel was okay but has gone downhill over the years. It was once the best place to stay in Valentine but now it’s just passable

When we got to the room there was dirty pillow cases left right below the card that said the room had been checked. The beds weren’t too bad but were definitely old bed as there was a pad on top and the mattress is inside a fully enclosed cover. You couldn’t even only imagine what it looked like! The bathroom door is very poorly designed as you have to step next to the toilet to shut the door and then go back infront of the toilet to use it. But the door shut and the toilet worked! The shower on the other hand was beyond annoying. The curved rod was slanted down making the shower curtain go to the middle. The floor was covered in most of the shower water. We had to ask for extra towels because of the cleanup. We also asked for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash to be filled but that was too much to ask for. The towels definitely need to be replaced as they’re very thin and lots of strings. Overall it is a basic hotel that provides the basic necessities. You don’t have a lot of options in Valentine.

Cane was great at the front desk.

Needed a deep cleaning. Toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned well in a while. The lock was broke on the door. Our A/C unit squealed every time it was cycling off. Very dated and overpriced.

Staff was friendly,Room was clean. Beds were not the most comfortable but not the worst. Breakfast was good. The 2 ladies that were working were constantly restocking things and bringing out fresh hot food. They made sure tables were sprayed and cleaned for the next person, so thank you to them. My only complaints are about the hot tub and the thin walls. We picked this hotel specifically because it has a hot tub but it was so cold you couldn't even get in it.Big disappointment there. The guys in the room next to us were up until the middle of the night, not being obnoxious, just talking and laughing and it sounded like they were in our room. Same with the hall wall. So bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper .

Nothing Got sold a room that they didnt even have and had to end up at another hotel that was terrible!!
-
Location. Not clean, breakfast was not great, curtain in room didn’t cover the whole window, pool needed to be treated more so we were not able to go swimming.
-
Bathrooms were nasty, shower head rotting and coming off of wall. Pool was not clean whatsoever. Breakfast was already cold at 0730. Got two queen suites, pull out couch was busted, pillow cases had a yellow film on them really unsettling. Upon our arrival none of the keys we were given worked so had to bring our thousands of dollars of golf gear and luggage all the way back down to get new keys and only one of the four worked

THE PILLOWS WERE TERRIBLE
-
The shower curtains were too short, cups for coffee were a bit small and there was water on the floor by the elevator

Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was very friendly. Bedding could use an upgrade, the pillows are a tad lumpy
