No cleanliness dirty rooms and sheets and towels smell like a moldy scent.

I rated "good" as I was treated very well, amenities and bath and bed were excellent however there are two very tall and very large towers which require an extra amount of pulling luggage through the halls.

Easy breezy little get away from this heat. Thank you Harrah’s for a wonderful staycation.

The rooms had ants and the staff were rude as the lazy river closed by 2 pm and any type of compensation was not given

It took 2 hours after the official checkin time and telling the desk staff that I needed to lie down due to a bad back for them to give me a room. When it was time to check out I was asked if I would like a late check out. First it was refused. When I complained about the late check in the request was approved. As I was leaving I realized that I had left my phone and the room key in the room. The lovely housekeeper opened the door for me with a smile. My friends and family were surprised that no accommodation was offered after the long check-in time. For the most part my stay was pleasant.

Great food options! Pools were much smaller than what I expected, however the 21+ area had good vibes and good drinks. Hells Kitchen was a 10/10. Chinese food was amazing. The Cafe also has a great variety menu. Room was clean and without the smell of smoke. Great place for a weekend getaway.

The property itself is beautiful!! Pool area was fun and clean with a lot of options of hanging out. The only downside was that they are too strict about what you can’t take in the pool area!! Pretty much you can only take yourself in. They check your bag and your mugs!!

We stayed here because our niece's halau was in a competition that was held here. Rooms are nice and clean and check-in was easy! I love how we were able to check-in early with no hassle. There were a few spots to get quick eats from what I saw. Not the greatest selection and it took forever to get our food at Smashburger but overall a nice stay. They do need a bigger pool with kids allowed in it - not just the lazy river. There are two pools that are for 21 and over. I suggest they have the kids pool all the way to the left, that is not attached to the bar? Easy fix.

No room available an hour after check-in. Had to demand a refund and book a new hotel.

Management is very nice but unfortunately valet parked my brand new vehicle were there was ants infestation and they had already been aware of pervious incidents and cars being infested and yes my car got infested and I had to drive it back home until we got it cleaned up ourself mind you I have an autistic kid who cried the whole 4hour ride back home because he kept having ants crawl on him so yes it was such a bad experience but they did offer to pay for our detailing but unfortunately it’s been a few days and I still have the ants even after we got it cleaned detailed fumigation you name it we tried it all aside from all of that the pool was our best part of our trip my kids enjoyed it just wished the little ones have access to the bigger pools so would we recommend staying here yes of course i no the whole ant infestation could of been prevented if valet would of just payed more attention to previous incidents..

My stay at Harrahs was perfect. I am thankful for the people at check in because expedia forgot to book my room (even though I had booked it a month out) however, the manager at Harrahs was able to find me a room to stay in. I was going for a concert and the line for check in at the hotel was really long so I was nervous there weren't going to be any rooms left.
