Room was just OK. No hot water in shower on day 2. Pool was nice but everything was extremely expensive.

I loved the hotel and would stay there again. The only thing is that the casino is right within the hotel and they are allowed to smoke in the casino. Therefore, the smokey smell lingers in the hallways. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay and a beautful hotel. Everyone was exceptionally polite and welcoming.

Overall Harrahs SoCal resort/casino did not disappoint. I really wish they had a microwave in the rooms to warm up leftovers from their cafes/restaurants/food court. I also wish that every shop/restaurant/bar inside Harrahs had a scanner to scan my app rewards card. We spent so much money and I kept forgetting to get a replacement card to get points even when I gambled. Most of the restaurants said I needed an actual players card to swipe for points as they couldn’t scan my app for points which was very frustrating as I had spent so much money at dinner one of the nights. I’ll definitely make my first stop at the rewards center to get a card next time I go. Room was very clean, well stocked, staff were very helpful and nice when checking in, valet parking is free which was nice! I do wish they had regular quick hits slots, loteria, and smaller bets on wheel of fortune.

Nickle and dime you on the WiFi. Lights in unit on the dim side for these old eyes, Other than that, everything was great.

Visited over Labor Day weekend, 1st time we stayed at this location. Check in was fast & we were able to check in early. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The pools were great as well. The lazy river is fun if you are traveling with kids as that side is under 21yrs. The swim up bar area, hot tubs & other pool area is 21yrs & above which is great for those who choose to be around adults. The casino is nice & food selection is good making it great so you do not have to leave the premises. If you go for the lazy river bring your own floaty. The hotel sells them but are a bit pricey, stop at Walmart before you arrive at the hotel. I would return it’s not too far from LA making it a nice weekend getaway near the winery’s.

The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, the rest of the property was not. The pool seemed to have an excessive amount of bleach or chlorine, and the general areas were not very clean. Customer service was also very poor, which made the overall experience disappointing. The room was the one positive part of the stay, but the cleanliness of the common areas and the customer service need significant improvement.

The manager were unhelpful and looks so frustrated and I asked two bed non smoking. He told me can’t help me because I been booked by Expedia. Three party unhelpful 😞

Great little staycation. Pool area is fantastic! Multiple pools, lazy river, jacuzzis. They have Gordon Ramsay’s Hells Kitchen. Great experience all around

I upgraded to a suite when I arrived with no hassle. I explained to the employee what my husband's needs were and she matched me up with the perfect suite. The suite had more than I expected. Plenty of space and close to the pool, casino, elevators and food. Valet was free! Room service meal was tasty and worth the price. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The stay was fun! Maps (on phone) will guide you to the entrance of the casino rather than valet where you will check in, bellman will help you with carry on and you can park in the garage. The hotel is far from the city.

Staff, service and everything about this place is amazing !!! I highly recommend the stay, it’s a beautiful get away. Very clean and organized. Very pleased with my stay and family. I will be making a booking for next year again !
