Our stay here was fabulous! Very accommodating for those traveling with their fur-babies and the breakfast was the best on our 8 day trip!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The parking lot issue however that is out of your control. A heads up before I arrived would be nice though.

The room was great, the pool and hot tub as well, and the staff were super!

Some traffic noise, but the fan helped.

The pre check out asked me what time we would be leaving it had times available until noon then 1 was a 25 dollar charge and 3 was 50 dollars so I selected noon. Before 11 they were knocking 1130 they were calling and irritated I was just a little confused why not just only give the option till 11 if thats when you want people out. Other then that and 1 other incident. Which was my son and his father were swimming. Hes 4 almost 5. It was like a half hr until the pool closed and the lady that worked there seemed to be doing rounds going to test the pool water etc. Mind you my son when we first got there went in the pool for 10 seconds then jumped out cause he said it was cold and he needed to pee so he went to the bathroom then came back and went swimming. Anyways its like the lady thought he peed in the pool or something because she had he long stick with the container on it and reached right in between my son and his dad to grab the sample. There was no one else in the pool so plenty of spac e to grab her water sample. Idk just thought it was weird. But other than those 2 things clean room, large array of food choices for breakfast, pool is open late for adults so all and all pretty decent.

Great service. The room was well kept and very spacious too. They had a breakfast buffet with great options. The only thing I would change is the bed because it was more firm than I’d like. Overall, a great experience.

Breakfast was great. Manager was awesome. Made exceptions for late check out due to car problems. She was awesome. Wish there was a car rental place in Valley City. Wish the hotel had a shuttle.

This was a great hotel. Very clean, big rooms with comfortable mattress and good AC. The pool was large, clean and warm. Breakfast was good with lots of options including a cool pancake making machine! They also served an evening snack, which is a great idea for travelers arriving later in the day. We were just here one night and wished we had a reason to stay longer!

Perfect for our dog, lots of outside space. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Our only issue was the air conditioner sounded like a major wind storm and we couldn’t turn it down.

There was free food and treats in the lobby in the afternoon when we checked in. The room wasn't fancy, but it was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The kids enjoyed the pool for it's size and temperature. It wasn't huge, but big enough that they could jump in, play, and burn off some energy. The hot tub needed cleaned out. There was what looked like little pieces of rock or gravel at the bottom, but I did notice it was closed for maintenance the following morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. They kept the food stocked and the place clean.

Only complaint- needs new better quality pillows
