Great room above a nice restaurant and bar.
-
Note the limited ADA accessibility

Nicely decorated spacious room with large bathroom. Bar and restaurant below served by very friendly staff who serves delicious food. The bed was too soft for my husband liking.

The hotel has very cozy and clean rooms. The hotel is advertised with a restaurant/bar open for lunch and dinner. It isn’t and there were no other alternatives serving dinner that evening in town. DO NOT rely on this place for dinner.

The place is super old. No TV’s in rooms, the bathroom was awful. Linoleum coming up by base of toilet and close to the front and back wall. Super small bathrooms and toilets don’t work well. There’s not much privacy except a door. Cute town and area but we are NEVER going back. Staff is pretty much absent. No phones in the room either. Spent way too much money here and hoping no one else does. They need upgrades before they let people stay here. Place is just too old.

This is a great place to stay if you are just going for a night and a place to crash. My son and I were in the area paddleboardin.

It was quintessential Ca. and I loved it! Simple, comfortable with good food choices near by. All good

The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious and would highly recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in was easy and stream-lined. The vintage style hotel was quaint and adequately comfortable. For the small size of the room and the basic accommodations I do feel it was slightly over-priced.

Scenery and location Uncomfortable bed, SUPER tiny slippery shower.
-
Wonderful place but the walls are thin and my neighbors woke me up talking loudly at 7am.
-
The location was good. We couldn’t control the thermostat.
-
Safe parking, access to a great bar and restaurant. Comfortable beds, clean and friendly staff.

I loved my stay at the VF hotel. There was a mix up when i arrived, but it was quickly fixed with a short call to the owners from the gal working there in the restaurant (who was extremely friendly and helpful). I loved the convenience of self-check-in and out and having the restaurant and bar underneath, which was amazing. Valley Ford has come a long way since i was raised in the area in the 80s and it is adorable and bustling with quaint eating establishments, the robust market, and the old faithful Denuccis. I will stay here again!
