Quality Inn & Suites Vancouver - Hazel Dell

We love staying here. The staff is always amazing and very friendly! It’s nice that they have breakfast in the morning that always helps if you are traveling with kids! Only one bad thing I could think of is, there’s no elevator, but they usually can work with you if you need downstairs for like disabilities! Thank you for always being amazing. Hope to see you this coming summer as well.

We found bed bugs!!!

The room smelled like cats/ammonia, but we were in too much of a rush to ask to change room. Staff were super nice. Beds appeared clean. Close to the amphitheater

It’s clean and close to all the grocery store and restaurants that we love ..

Man I had the best stay here last night the beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet you can hear a pen drop in the parking lot. Not to mention they have the best Mexican spot I’ve ever ate at in my life 300’ away called el ronchito I believe it’s something close to that it’s right across the street from the car dealership

Pretty clean and rooms come with full kitchen and refrigerator! Easy check in and staff was very friendly and helpful

I will never return to this motel; they still haven't returned my deposit.

-Continental Breakfast surprisingly stocked (biscuits and gravy? Yes please!) -Covered Hot tub was a blast -Location walkable to restaurants, shopping, stores, convenient for travelers -Room was spacious, Balcony was a treat! -Staff friendly and went above and beyond! -Coffee was hot bean water…if I had to pick something

The smell in the building was awful. The smell inside the room was gross and as even worse when we turned on the air. I cant say 100% that we would stay here again after that. It is clear there is an issue and no attempt to even mask the smells

The staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and honest people. Excellent location for everything you need or want. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Absolutely horrible management with very little concern for even the simplest requests. They purposefully stole my full prepayment for a two day stay after I stayed there for one day two days beforehand and found it so disgusting and disappointing I tried to cancel, but was told they had a no cancelation policy. What the hell! I'm telling everyone who will read my reviews on several different social media platforms about the way this place operates.

No one at the front desk. No bell. Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up.
