Quality Inn & Suites Vancouver - Hazel Dell

This is a 2 star hotel. It worked for us for one night.

You get what you pay for with the location but staff is friendly, its clean, and beds are comfortable. We are living between Idaho and Washington for the rest of the year and this is the place we’ll be staying.

SMELLY ROOM! YUCK! What else to say? :(

Let me check in an hour early. Big spacious room.

This is an older property. There is no elevator so you must climb stairs to get to the second floor. The property had a stinky smell in the hallways and the room air freshener was over the top. We slept with the window open and the AC running to circulate the air and get rid of the smell. The room was clean, a good size, and the beds were comfortable. But, it could be noisy and our toilet handle broke off on our last night. A couple of days breakfast was cold or nothing was available even though it was within the timeframe posted. And there were homeless people on the property digging thru the dumpster.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful and nice, breakfast was great many choices to pick from.

Continental breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very courteous. A little hiccup on check-in. But I was early so I will not blame them for it. They took care of it as soon as they could. I appreciate all their assistance. I would stay here again.

The hotel was dated and seemed worn down. Our room was on a corner and larger than typical hotel room, but was still set up odd and didn't seem like the online photos. It was clean, but still felt dingy. Breakfast could be improved. They ran out of food and juice towards the end of breakfast time. Check out was odd. Nobody was at front desk. Finally got cleaning lady to help find someone. I wanted to make sure I checked out since I didn't get an option online. I asked for a receipt and was told they could not provide one since I booked though a 3rd party. I have always gotten a receipt from other hotels even when I book from a 3rd party. Overall, glad we only needed to stay one night. Would not stay at this location again.

Older but clean. Helpful staff. I felt cost was high for the quality...

Our room smelled strong of cat pee.

We stayed one night on our way to Great Wolf Lodge. It was a a night stay, we were tired from driving. We went to the pool and there were no towels out, after I confirmed towels were included. The house keeper dragged the trash can up the stairs and thumped it on every step. Then they tried entering my room twice at 9am. I’m sure it clearly showed it was an occupied room. It was frustrating. Their snack machine only took coins, but the soda took dollars and were $1 and that was cool. I slept and the shower were good. For the money in should have been perfect.

Too noisy at night stairway so small

Check-in is at four and they couldn’t get us in until 4:30 PM. When we got in the room smelled like wet dog and it was super humid. There was also a dog across the hall that marked all day and all night. The hairdryer did not work.

Nice pool Hair dryer was broken, someone brought a new one. Shower spray head did not work properly, but that was okay. Needed to wash clothing. Prices seemed steep. Really liked the refrigerator and full oven.

The Hotel is close to stores and restaurants, which is very convenient. The room was very clean. Parking was easy and close to our bedroom. All in all, convenient and clean 100%. Breakfast was also tasty!

I haven't received my deposit yet it's been almost three days
