TownePlace Suites by Marriott Vernal

The staff was all wonderful and helpful. We had some things that were broken in the room (phones and the shower knob were loose) plus a leak in the bathroom during our stay, but the staff was very quick to fix them. They offered us a new room, but we were already over half way though a long stay and didn't want to move, so that's on us.

Everything was perfect. The only complaint would be parking. They share with Springhills Sweet, so parking is very limited.

Staff was not helpful.

The main thing I didn’t like is it was a 100$ to have a dog where every other hotel was 25$

This place is very clean and staff is very friendly

Breakfast was little late getting set up, we went down about 9:15 and a few staples like salt and pepper and jelly and other not set out yet, bagels were very very stale. Not the usual Marriott standards today. Pillows very uncomfortable and bedding just not Marriott standard.

Breakfast was good. Night clerk was not at the front desk when we arrived for check in and no one would answer the phone. We waited for 45 minutes for her to show up and then got in an argument with her. She escalated the argument instead of de-escalating it. This was unacceptable, especially because we waited for her to show up to do her job for the better part of an hour. We were then double charged for the room out of retaliation. The room was the most expensive in town and not that well cared for especially considering that the building is not very old.

Staff was amazing

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

I took issue with some of the cleaning. Counter tops and the table had food spots on them. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot items as well as pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. The HVAC unit in the bedroom was VERY noisy and in need of repair.

We like to stay at Marriott and the Vernal Marriott did lot disappoint us. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was great. We would stay again.

Kitchen was awesome…made it real easy to come out and work being so far from home.

We love staying here. The room is great, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is best in Vernal. The pool was great but if there is more than 2 families, it's cramped. Parking was safe and convenient.

This was perfect for our needs. Staff was kind and friendly.
