The location and amenities are great. The spa was a little pricey but nice to have onsite.

The room was very clean and well equipped. We loved the feel of the resort and the Disney vibe. The resort a many activities that were inviting and fun. The restaurant, bars and market were great.

Room was clean. The grounds of the resort were so beautiful and well cared for. My kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Great facility. Friendly staff. Room was just perfect. Deluxe Studio. Fair price for location. Food “on site” was great. Could sit on porch and watch the waves. We’ll be back.

The beach was closed and we were not advised of this prior to our arrival. We would have made other plans.

The pool, hot tub and miniature golf was closed. When we booked it said renovations through the end of January (2 weeks ago). Nothing stating that those would be closed. When I checked after arrival it then stated pool closed through March.

Loved how there was a nice pool, ocean access, restaurants,market, activities close to pool! Service was A !! I wish all balconies had open rails to see the ocean❤️😎

Beautiful areas to walk right on the beach.

Loved the property, pool, fitness center, room everything. Just didn’t remember to bring my room key to the bathroom which was outside the fenced pool space and requires room key to enter. Someone opened the door for me so it was fine. Maybe find a way for folks to use the bathroom without bringing room key.

Check in took a ling time because hotel clerk was untrained and confused - and never entered my email. Dinner reservation time was way behind. I gave up. Shower had zero water pressure, which I didn’t find out until I tried to shower in the morning - too late to change rooms. Hotel clerk in the morning was unable to print my receipt, which held me up getting on the road. Even a Red Roof inn would have a decent shower and be able print my receipt. Too many blunders here at Disney for this price. Never going back.
