Great hotel

I stayed here last night. The roomed looked great at first. When I took a shower the water would not drain, I showered in 2”-3” of water it was disgusting. Then the body wash that’s hung on the wall would not pump. It just a broken body wash hanging on the wall. The final red flag was when the TV glitched and froze. I could not even turn it off until I unplugged it. I had a terrible experience. I stayed in room 208. This was an accesible room, kinda scary when it’s for handicap but the drain won’t drain in the shower.

I love the bedroom, very comfortable, great price and nice staff The hallways smelled like cigarettes and outside the building smelled like weed

Wonderful stay

we have stayed here before and it was excellent but not this time. No manager on duty and there was a group of kids baseball teams that were disruptive, loud, and disrespectful and the parents were drinking in lobby area and belligerent and let this continue for 2 nights of which there was no help from Hotel management because there was never a manager on duty! The parents were rude to Hotel staff and in the faced of young woman from front desk. a complete disaster

Really great experience from checking in, to service and cleanliness. I highly recommend booking at this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Water was cut off in the middle of our second day. No notice was given. We had an event to attend in the early evening and were unable to shower after being at the beach all day. Had to make do with a bottle of water. Not ideal

The room appeared clean; just don’t look too closely. We had to get down on the carpet to look for an earring and it seems they only clean where you can see. They don’t do any underneath cleaning where you may not see it if you look down. The trundle bed mattress was disgusting full of crumbs and dirt, I guess from people sitting on the couch and it never gets opened or cleaned. We didn’t use it. My granddaughter slept on the couch we made into a bed for her. I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle when we left the room, we were only there two nights one full day. I didn’t want the room touched. When we came back, we saw that the maid came in the room, emptied the trash, took the towels, even though they were hanging up, which they weren’t supposed to do. We were happy to reuse them. But no one should’ve come in with that sign on the door handle. The property looks really nice on the surface, outside and the lobby. Breakfast was ok. My grandson used the fitness area, said it was OK. We did not use the pool.
