We have traveled until about midnight to get to our hotel only to find out they had overbooked and there was no room for us. It was beyond stressful looking for a vacant room in the middle of the night.

AC unit could not be adjusted and the room did not get cold enough to be comfortable no apps to stream tv from phone. staff was very helpful and did a great job even when our room became unavailable after booking a week in advance Room was clean breakfast and kitchen help out greatly
