Hyatt Place Madison / Verona

En el desayuno deben ser variado ya que en mi estancia ofrecieron el mismo menú para los 3 días. No me gustó que tuve que pagar por mi Service Dog

Room was clean and big. Would have liked to had cups/bowls/silverware in suite. There was only (1) trash can for the whole suite????? Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Pool nice. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in quite a while. Close to restaurants. Very quite.

In town visiting our youngest. Always the best place to stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. Don’t expect much from the staff.

The campfire area is very pleasant. The person staffing the breakfast area starts clearing things away 10 minutes before 10:00 AM; guests arriving for breakfast found that not all the food was available anymore. They should start clearing up after 10:00 AM, not before. Also, they should clean tables as soon as they are vacated, because it feels uncomfortable trying to sit down for breakfast when the area is dirty.

For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great room, hotel was clean and very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, only wish there was a high chair available for our youngest.

Appreciate that we could have our dog with us, and there were plenty of appropriate areas to walk him. The pick up bags were empty, but I always carry my own. Very nice breakfast. All areas very clean. All staff friendly and helpful.

Horrible checkin. Guy was rude and argumentative. Had to complain 4 times that no one came and emptied our garbage nor exchanged our towels. Pool, no hot tub. No ice machine on our floor. Also had to tell staff to empty used towels and trash from workout room. Put up four separate family members here, thousands of dollars. Hotels.com needs to vet their properties better. Won't use hotels.com again either.

Good location with great restaurants close.

We found a cleaning person, who was able to stop what she was doing, to move all the linens. She reassured us the room was clean.

There was dirty bedding next to our door. There was empty pizza boxes by the door. There was empty glasses. By the time we checked out the boxes were still there. The breakfast area was very dirty as well.

This hotel was perfect! The guy who checked us in was so happy and welcoming! It was clean. Pool was open early and stayed open late! Great breakfast! We will return.

Property was very clean. The staff was very friendly. There was plenty of room for moving around freely. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very clean. Very good location next to a lot of good restaurants.

This place was okay. The room was clean and was alright for our needs. The shower curtain had rust in it and need changed. The dishes for breakfast was also filthy. I had a hard time finding a clean bowl or dish.
