Hyatt Place Madison / Verona

The hotel was quiet and relaxing! Most staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good options for great, walkable restaurants. Easy and quick to get to Madison.

Very comfortable stay!

Only two weird things - there were Slim Jim’s left on our couch and nail clippings in the bathroom. Made us question the cleaning a bit. Location was great! Costco is close - easy to get gas and a pizza when needed!

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Well thought out handicapped accessible rooms. Fold out couch for bed use needs more cushioning. Otherwise would stay again

Good location for staying and working in Madison. Nearby restaurants were convenient. Easy access to interstate to jet around Wisconsin. Clean room and hotel. Would stay here again.

Upon checking in, which went very fast, Carl was checking us in and informed me that they carry some bathroom items that are commonly forgot and I could ask for them if needed, which was so helpful! Breakfast was amazing! The start time on the weekend was a bit later than I would have liked but we were able to make the time work with a little rearranging of our schedule. The whole place was amazing overall! Clean and comfortable! Would 100% plan on staying there again and also tell others to stay there as well. The one and only issue we had was the door was not able to latch in our room's bathroom, it still closed, and we were able to make it latch but only with help from someone on the outside of the door. This was minor inconvenience and not worth mentioning as a problem with the room at the time.

Breakfast was amazing. We love the fire pit. And the Property was very clean. Wish there was a microwave in your room

Our room was not ready when we arrived. I asked for a discount but was rejected. No toilet paper in our bathroom. Breakfast time should go to 10am

Someone opened door and walked into our room while we were sleeping in the morning. Never happened to me before and I travel a lot. No knock on door priort to entering if it was housekeeping.
