Beautiful area. I liked not being in town & in the country Needs a little updating I was surprised there wasn’t a working shower, only a tub bath.

Beautiful setting in the heart of horse country. The hosts and guests were exceptionally welcoming and cordial. Our mattress was extremely hard but my husband liked it.

Hosts were super friendly. Pool table was a fun surprise.

Location was great. Close to variety of distilleries that we wanted to visit. And sprawling horse farms all around. Took a walk each morning.

Beautiful country setting

Our hosts Glenda and Herb were very sweet and welcoming, which made our stay fabulous. Their home, our room, and the property were wonderful. We sat out on the balcony outside of our room the evening we arrived and it was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the birds. Also, our drive to the property was peaceful and beautiful with views of horse farms. We would definitely stay there again. Our only downfall was we were not able to stay for breakfast as we had to leave very early to visit family. However, we have no doubt from other review and photos, that we would have loved breakfast. We have no complaints.

The owners were very personable and we enjoyed their hospitality. Food provided for breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Charming property and very hospitable hosts.

The Owners were very engaging. The Breakfast was wonderful. Great place to stay if you’re doing the bourbon trail around Frankfurt. It is a little off the beaten track, but that’s what adds to it’s charm

Host and hostess very nice, friendly, helpful. Felt like a home. Other guests were also friendly. Breakfast was a generous amount. The house is in a good location, close to everything in the area, yet out in the country, so it was quiet.
