Days Inn by Wyndham Victorville/Hesperia I-15 & Palmdale Rd

The front desk staff was nice and you can tell they are trying to keep the place up, but... the first room they gave me I had to move out of. The A/C was so loud, it sounded like heavy machinery when you turned it on. They moved me to a different room and everything was fine, but the TV didn't work. Nice shower/water pressure, room was clean, and it the area was quiet. I would say it's definitely not a 3 star, more like 2.

False advertising. No breakfast. This was a scary place to stay. Our family got in late and was woken up multiple times in the night by someone attempting to get into our room. The room itself didn't look like it had been cleaned. The shower looked used. The light switches had dirty hand prints. No free WIFI. Website stated there was complimentary breakfast. Was told by employee or manager there was none. False advertising. Very disappointed with hotel. Would not recommend.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Victorville - Hesperia I-15 Palmdale Road from June 14 to June 15. My experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be staying at this property again. The room was very dirty, smelled, and had visible mold. Additionally, the hotel felt unsafe for me and my three young children, as it appeared there are permanent residents living in several rooms and many units had trashed interiors with curtains left open. Furthermore, the staff and front office were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to cancel my stay immediately upon arrival. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality and safety of the properties listed on your platform. Images online are so fake!!!!! Everything...worst place ever.

The room was clean had linen’s! The bathroom could use a little TLC for the roof fan and tub! Shower faucet needs replaced as it was not shutting off completely! Overall for area clean and safe!

Met with large Cochroach when entered the room. Back of remote missing completely. Very shady neighborhood....

I'm giving 1 star for the review 1 star for the somewhat neat looking room .5 for ice machine and .5 for the polite managers.

Need to figure out how to have all appliances plugged in.

The place can definitely use some more attention to cleanliness. There's trash surrounding the pool. The trash cans were over filling both days. No room service. They kept $20 for a stained towel. Not very likely to book here again.

The staff was amazing the pool was clean the rooms were clean it's a very family-oriented hotel great place to stay I have no complaints

The manager and his wife were very friendly my kids went swimming and played with his son it's a very friendly hotel

The staff was wonderful and the bed in the room was very comfortable Location and outer appearance is not the greatest
