Staff came to our room & knocked on the door 30 minutes before check out to confirm we were checking on on time. Very unnecessary, it wasnt 11 AM yet. The electronic key stopped working too, would've been very inconvenient if we had accidently locked ourselves out, carrying bags to the car.

The staff was very helpful and courteous...made accommodations for me when asked with no questions and it's conveniently located right off the freeway I just didn't like that it was very dark no security

nothing was good. happy to have a "bed" to sleep on i guess. i wouldn't book here again. disgusting rooms, unpleasant super hard bed, just overall not great. we came back to our hotel at 1am and the key didn't work so we had to wait in our car for 30 minutes because the hotel staff wasn't even there he was out and about driving off somewhere doing his own thing while we had to sit in the cold and wait while we were extremely exhausted and tired from a super busy day. wouldn't stay here again. stay if you want bad service and only care about cheap rooms.. they also slapped a 20$ service fee on my card i wasn't aware of.

I didn't make things reservation and he charged me 70 + A 30 deposit and did put my 30 dollar on my card and turned around and took 69 more dollars for a room I didn't make reservations for i hand that man my phone to show proof of my first reservations and he charged me for a new day I'm in a room for 50 a night right now why would I pay 70 for a dirty room and I'm really home less on God and heaven Nothing

It was a bed. It was dirty, had blood stains, nothing in there actually worked

Smell from cement plant nearby ;( Our assigned room was disgusting. Bathroom was not cleaned, there were hair in the sink. There was a fridge part that made me want to vomit. After requesriny a room change we got something slightly better but i still chose to sleep under my own towel. The provided towels looks dirty, the floor was not vaccumedm and in general the motel looks like its best days are far gone. Not a pleasant stay, you can get better options in Victorville in the similar price range.

Our bed sheets were stained, towels had stains of blood and had bed bugs, the fridge had mold!!! Hotels.com couldn’t help us with our refund because the manager of the hotel said our room was clean and made horrible accusations against my husband!! DO NOT STAY!!

I was not satisfied and I did not like the property I was very disappointed, the hotel could do better. Nothing else to say wont ever be booking a room here again. It felt dangerous and the room was horrible, the room had many things that were broken. The door Security Guard on the main door of the room was broken and not screwed in correctly and there was no point to lock the door because someone could’ve broke in easily while we were asleep. The property is next to the fwy and it’s very noisy I couldn’t sleep well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book a room here, worse hotel ever. Do your research and look at the reviews before booking because that’s something I should’ve done but my time was limited.

The wasn’t cleaned I pulled the blanket back and the sheets had semon all on it. There was roaches. The room needed to have the carpet cleaned the towels were supposed to be white the were brown. This place should be removed from the app. I had to file a complaint with the county

Staff was nice It was filthy, stains on the walls like food or blood, small blood stain on the pillowcase and covered in hair, dead bugs, a powder on the dresser, nothing was cleaned or vacuumed.
