Great location I did not like the buffet breakfast. The oatmeal that was served with was watery no texture to it. The eggs was shaped as a patty not like your regular eggs that you would normally eat like scrambled eggs and other words the breakfast was horrible. You need a new chef.

Great place to stay. They have nice side rooms with all the amenities except for a stove.

Did not like that room did not get cleaned and beds made each day. Had to ask for soap No lotions

the location was great for what we needed. the bed and pillows were amazing after a very long day. the room is large with lots of room to move around and make yourself comfortable. the idea of a pocket door for the bathroom is a great way to save room, but it’s heavy and slides fast and made for smash fingers.

Upon arrival, none of the EV charging stations were working. Meghan at the front desk told us maintenance would fix them and assured us the charging was free. After maintenance got one station working, I plugged in my vehicle and immediately noticed my credit card was being charged. I received an AI text from the hotel asking about my stay, and when I asked whether charging was complimentary, I was again told that it was. Later, Meghan changed her answer, saying she wasn't sure and that there might actually be a charge. The charging rate turned out to be significantly higher than typical public chargers, and by the next morning my credit card had been charged a substantial amount. Despite repeated calls and text messages requesting clarification, I received no satisfactory explanation. After four days of follow-up, Kelsey called, first introducing herself as the assistant manager and then as the manager. Unfortunately, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for the conflicting information provided by the staff. Other disappointments: the "indoor pool doesn't open until 10:00 a.m.", which is unusually late for families hoping to swim before heading out. The pool is also "much smaller than it appears in the promotional photos". Finally, the complimentary breakfast was mediocre, with molded bread! Stay Away.

When you first open your door you can breathe cleaned air. The bathroom was very clean. Love the small kitchen everything is new and clean.

Fast and easy check in. Friendly front staff when you check in up to when you're leaving !
