Vista Inn Motel

It was near a lot of food places. It was an average hotel nothing too fancy. They complained about my child jumping but i mentioned I was bringing a child and they still gave us a second story room & their ac unit was leaking water.

the property is horrible, its old smells, and out dated. very old and out dated

Nothing Beyond disgusting! There was urine stains on the mattress, poop stains in toilet upon check in, despicable sheets/blankets with stains, burn marks, and hair all over, no tp upon arrival, tv and microwave not functioning, trash in bathtub, cockroaches on the ground, no trash cans to dispose of trash, stained towels, grapes under bed, bugs in room, price gouged beyond belief NOTHING was clean. I’m sure I left some stuff out but I think you get the disgusting picture. When we told the office he agreed that it was disgusting and he wouldn’t stay there himself! He even bluntly admitted that they price gouged. He admitted that rooms normally go for $60-$80 but because other hotels were asking a ridiculous amount they charged about 6 six times what they normally do.

Disappointing

I like how it is Convenient to freeway and shopping centers not that far. It was dirty. Also crackheads in hall way people screaming and slamming doors. We went to the car at like 10ish and old man walking in robe open with underwear only. I honestly felt like someone was gonna brake into my car or room. Broken glass in bathroom.

Now this part I know isn’t super surprising but was very frustrating. There were people that were smoking meth and smoking crack about 15 feet away from our door the morning of check out. BEFORE walking my 7 year old outside for us to leave I talked to staff and they just chuckled and said ok. When asked if they would do anything about it, I was given an attitude and was told “sure ma’am. Have a day.” (Yes, have a day. lol) By the time I walked back out they were gone. Not really worth it for the price of the room.

Very poor

The bed was comfortable which was all I needed that night. Dirty sheets, sticky floors, broken or defective shower. Ample parking and I must admit the front staff was friendly. This was a last resort for me… and should be for most of you.

Air conditioner worked great. No scary people lurking around.

Location, location, location. Well maintained property

We got what we paid for I guess. We unfortunately did find two roaches, one came out of the sofa couch and the other was on the bed. The towels were cleaned however they were all stained pretty badly and the shower faucet was very odd to use with a dripping shower head all day. Check in was fast and easy, parking was accessible, and we loved having a Black Bear right down the street!
