Location Someone dropped the ball on my one reservation because they showed at the hotel I only made one reservation but through you I made two reservation one for king suite with a trundle bed the second room was supposed to be two queen beds suite with a trundle bed when I got there on Sunday they only have one reservation for the king so and it was actually just a full-size bed and not a king suite but we kept that room so that night we had me and all my grandkids had to stay in one room without the two queens which is a king bed with a trundle the next day we had to pack up all of our stuff and get another room because they were booked Sunday on Monday they had a room open for us I feel like it should be reimbursed from somebody for some of the inconvenience and not getting the right rooms I’m thinking about not going through Booking.com because I don’t know if that mistake was on your end or the hotels

Very good, nice selection Petty, but bench to sit on to smoke was at a weird , tilted angle and is uncomfortable to us who have the habit.

Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good breakfast with good variety of healthy options. Morning staff unfriendly. Staff start their day smoking marijuana and it smells.
-
The staff was very nice and available. We love the breakfast and the pool
-
Location The air conditioning blows directly on the bed
-
There should be specific rooms for pets, and pets should not be allowed in the other Non-pet rooms.

Clean room Price could be lower

Hotel was good. I just didn't think it worked well for me because I had an elderly dad with walker and getting around wasn't easy. I asked for first floor but we were given a second floor room. This makes breakfast, etc... difficult. Unfortunately for the hotel, I guess there was a storm issue which cut off some power; and the elevators did not work that morning. I couldn't take a 95 yr old down two long flights of stairs. So I was running our breakfast up 2 flights of stairs and we had to delay our morning plans until the elevator became functional again.
