The location was perfect. The Harmony Diner next to the hotel was convenient and had very good food. The free breakfast at Hampton Inn had a good selection of items from juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles and toast. The coffee was available 24/7 which was very nice. The room we had could have had more counter space for microwave and coffee. I had to open the ironing board to hold my small suitcase and for more table space. For two people the room was very small. Plenty of electrical plugs to charge electronics.

The location was fine and in general the staff seemed to complete their jobs but didn't extend much in the way of welcome or friendliness. I complimented one lady because she was the only one who smiled. On our three night stay our room was missed completely on one day and we had to ask the second day or it would have been missed again. The cleaners apparently were short staffed, busy and not very happy to be asked to make up the room when I asked courteously. Not a very happy staff.

Great no-frills hotel at a very reasonable rate. The free breakfast was pretty standard but nice to have. There's a diner across the parking lot that was a very convinient place to grab lunch or dinner. Only issue was that it wasn't possible to connect to the public printer in the lobby, even after asking staff.

When there's a HI near where I'm going I ALEAYS stay ther; great value... Love the breakfast and 24/7 coffee....Didn't use the pool but looked nice and kids were enjoying... Used the treadmill in the gym.Nice to have towels and water there... Front desk staff friendly, competent and efficient.... Everything was fine and as expected.

It’s pretty nice and clean, nice breakfast, nice staff, clean, but they don’t change the bed skirt case when I looked to the side my was dirty and there’s no safe but the bathroom is big and it’s clean also there’s snacks and tea

We had ants in our room and I reported it bug didn’t know there were restrictions to when the enter the room. I was concerned for ants in my luggage as I’m here visiting my mom in ICU. We don’t want contamination of anything.

I feel the front desk could have used an attitude adjustment and a lesson in hospitality. However, will say that the cleaning staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating.

Clean. Super friendly staff. Decent breakfast in the morning. Kids liked the pool. Everything was a win win.
