Beautiful old hotel although derinite the rooms are old and need updating . Always wonderful stay for a girls weekend to the wineries. Desmond’s restaurant was wonderful for dinner. They definitely should be open for breakfast though.All in all lovely stay

Hotel is quite dated. Decor needs updating. VERY poor lighting in guest room. The tiniest bar of soap in the room. No coffee in the lobby for guests. Machines in room offered powder creamer. Restaurant and bar in the hotel and "shoppes" closed early. We met out of town friends and there was no where to get food and drinks. It was pouring rain and not a quick walk to shoppes for coffee and quick breakfast. The bedsheets were scratchy but the bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Bottom bedsheets not fitted & bunched up at night. Tub had a very high srepover. No microwave in the room. No overhead lights in the room.

This property is classy and very well kept. It’s a large event venue, so impeccably maintained. Roads are clean and updated, nice indoor pool, fitness center and spa.
