Very clean and great breakfast. Requested a room with an actual bathtub, but they were sold out.

Looked nice and fresh We could not stay for these 6 nights and were required to pay at least one night. So we did stop by to check it out for future trips to visit family. Looked like a nice fresh hotel. Since we had paid for one night and didn’t stay, we asked if we could get a quick coffee from the breakfast room and we were told NO. She followed us to be sure we wouldn’t get coffee.

The hotel was very clean and I loved the Dove products in the bathroom; however, I found the toilet tissue lacking in that it was very thin and we had to use numerous sheets. I would suggest using a higher quality bathroom tissue in order to use fewer sheets.

The elevator was having some issues all weekend.

Make sure that you ask for the height of the bed. I'm disabled and could not get up on the bed. My son had to go to Walmart and buy a step stool so that I could get into the bed.

The kindness of staff as I got really sick while I was there. Not your fault. I was on an antibiotic that I had a very bad reaction to. A year ago when I was there the elevator stopped working. This visit, the same thing happened. Very hard on me with emphysema and the sickness I was feeling from the antibiotic I was on. It's vital that you get that elevator replaced immediately. Old people can't be hauling their luggage up and down the stairs.

The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for golfing at Pine Valley Golf Course. It would be nice to have a pen and paper tablet in the room.

The room and lobby area was impressively clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the included breakfast. This was not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers, but for someone who is not, they may want to request a room furthest from the express way. Highway traffic noise was not avoidable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
