I wanted a place that provided breakfast and had a refrigerator. Although I paid a little more than I planned, the Quality Inn was comfortable and quiet and as a single traveler, with the well lighted parking lot made me feel safe. They also accomodated my request for a first floor room because of my bad knee

The hotel is old, but adequate. The tree frogs outside made a horrible racket for hours at night.

The staff was absolutely Horrible! They charged my card twice, when I tried to talk to them about it they became very rude, dismissive and angry. I will never stay there again and do not recommend you stay here either, unless you have an extra $140 you wanna give them for nothing!!! I wish there was a negative star that’s what they’d get from me.

Front desk people were nice. Breakfast was good. Contract road workers stay there and leave for their shifts at various times, like 1:00am and 3am. Very noisy place in the middle of the night.

Room smelled so moldy you could barely breathe. The ac unit made so much noise there was no sleeping.. the ground in front of the sc unit was soaking wet, obviously the musty moldy smell.. so you people actually put this room in as “clean ready to go”..

Convinced when traveling I-95. The TV didnt work. Cigarette butts on stairway, garage can was overflowing in smoking area which was right outside our door. Low WiFi signal due to room location.

Lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t want to be there - a smile would be nice and clean your couches. They are nasty. Stains everywhere. What’s it take to clean them a few times a year?

Just okay. No idea how this place gets the high ratings it does. Smoking prohibition in front of rooms is not enforced. Window shades do not block the bright exterior lights - 2am looks like 7am. The shower howled, a clear plumbing issue. Bed was okay at best. Breakfast was meager and not terribly tasty. The only better-than-okay thing was the price, and even that was too high for what we got. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Just okay.

This was a convenient hotel. Downtown walterboro easy parking and the breakfast was very nice with a nice selection in the morning The room was clean and comfortable

Waiting for Booking.com to approve the refund. Quality Inn is willing to refund my stay, but not if booking charges them a fee. I did not stay there because I did not feel safe.

Got to the room and water was leaking from the ceiling. Was told no other rooms available.
