They have terrible customer service. They openly admitted that third party booking sites have the incorrect cancellation policies made available to customers but deny refunds for cancellations that should have been offered!

Love everything

Awesome place

There was a storm that came in and left heavy rain traffic - no additional mats were made available in the lobby area, where there is a lot of water The staff was nice enough, but a little informal in their support. I think additional professional training would be in order.

Nice room

Clean hotel and really nice staff the breakfast was good too

The customer service was outstanding when checking in. The room is very up to date.and clean. Worth every penny. I love the idea you have to use the key card in the elevator to get to the rooms. This gives me more peace of mind on safety and less unwelcomed noise in the hallways. Breakfast was delicious. I wish we would have went to the rooftop restaurant while here. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Book a two room thru third party and the dates was wrong. When I arrive at the Hotel, I explain to the clerk the booking date was off by one day and I need an early departure. She informs me since I made reservation threw THIRD PARTY CONTACT THEM AND THEY WILL REQUEST THE CHANGE. I immediately call third party and made request. Third party said they had to reach out to hotel by email and request a refund. I assume it was handled. The next morning, I go down to front desk to ask about the early departure for the next morning, and I was informed they hadn't received no email about no early departure or a request for refund. I call the third party again while at front desk. Third party had the wrong email for the hotel, clerk made sure they had the right email address and received the request for early departure and refund. Clerk said the manager had to make that decision because he did not work on weekend so it would be on Monday. The refund was denied because of policy this what I was told so $580 blown. I follow the policy guideline and do what the clerk ask me to do. I thought the hotel should have granted me refund because I made them aware at check in and I did departure a day earlier. The communication between the hotel and the third-party Company was bad and there for should have been corrected. I spent a lot of time downstairs trying to get this handled. Never received any room service while there smh the one elevator was down and staff kept it full. Just a bad trip.

Wonderful. Loved the 1 bedroom king suite with kitchen living room, 2 tvs, balcony.
-
Great location, great personnel, room excellent, many amenities, close to good restaurants and other events.

Service in room is every other day which wasn’t mentioned at check in. Had to ask front desk for fresh towels on day 2 of a four nighter. Beds were great! Couch cushions in living area were worn out. Everything else was quite good. We are late night people who love to sleep in on vacation so we never got to enjoy breakfasts. It would be nice if they could make the packaged breakfast items available all day.

Wish the hotel and the theme water park offered discounts for booking with one another. I love promos.

Poor selection. Breakfast Entrance was hard to find.

Not overwhelmed with the property. Entrance to check in was hard to find. Parking lot could have been better lighted at night. Rooms were okay.

We stayed in the suite and it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower and on the toliet, also trash on the balcony no garbage can in the sink. Went to shower and the bottles were empty. The pull out bed seen better days and my kid wouldn't sleep on it and ended up giving up a side of the bed. The sky bar was great and the drinks were amazing. The pool area was nice except construction work was happening and they kept looking over at everyone and it was creepy. The breakfast wasn't to bad for a hotel breakfast. I paid extra for the upgraded room and wish I just got a regular room instead. Might have been more worth the stay.
