Everything was perfect from the room, to the access to the waterpark, and nearby shopping centers and restaurants. Room had alot of space and was very comfortable. Great breakfast bar selection of cold and hot foods.

I had a good experience during my hotel stay. The room was decently clean, which is important to me because I have OCD. I did notice a few areas on the bathroom floor that could have used a little more mopping, but overall, the room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There are also a variety of restaurants within driving distance, which was convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The General Manager, Mike Davis and his entire staff was great!! They gave us amazing hospitality from the time we walked through the hotel door until the time we checked out. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect!! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there this year and we were very happy that we chose this hotel and location. Gracie's Rooftop Lounge on top of the hotel was amazing as well!! We will go back again. We recommend this hotel to others. Room clean, lots to do!! Everything was great!!

Breakfast was extremely underwhelming. Last year we remember breakfast being a good spread. This visit it was not impressive. No eggs either day of our stay. Didn’t have a fruit offering and were not serving orange juice! At 8:30 this morning French toast and bacon was empty.

It was so close to the water park and entertaining center and restaurants and stores walking distance l!!!!! Didn’t have to fight traffic by driving! there was everything in once circle. The construction going on but we understand cause they was extending but you asked what did we not like and we loved everything !

Beautiful brand new hotel with an excellent free breakfast bar. The pool was closed when we were there due to some unforeseen circumstances, but the location next-door to Rigby‘s waterpark in amusement area could not be beat.

They have terrible customer service. They openly admitted that third party booking sites have the incorrect cancellation policies made available to customers but deny refunds for cancellations that should have been offered!
