The next morning we requested a different room and they were very accommodating. The staff was great. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking was good if we could get a spot. Imposters parking in the handicap parking spots.

We liked the clean room; the excellent breakfast; and everyone was so very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

This property was a mess. The hotel seems to be an older hotel as I was checking out. I was trying to speak with unintended at the front desk and I got no one. I stood there for 30 minutes, even though it was early in the morning when we got to our rooms, the toilet was not clean the floor had remnants of food. Also, the carpet was wet from their air condition. The room is outdated and old. My experience was not great at all luckily this was only a one night stay but my suggestion for this hotel it needs major upgrades.

Ok, ac very damp. Bed shaped like a banana. Didn’t have any towels of any kind in the room. Took over an hour to get some.

Michael at the front desk and Wendy were so hospitable. Both were kind and considerate with our needs for our stay. Thank you both!!

Just awful all together

Great clean and quiet hotel

I gen we checked in and went to our room it was not clean. The ice machine was not working. The hotel smelled awful.

ABSOLUTELY NO DISHES FOR KITCHEN, got hassled for being in the pool area wanted to check my room number the pool was dirty had to ask to have it cleaned

Great stay as always and recommend this hotel for sure !!

Dirty bathroom, shower was not clean and had mold in the corners. Bed looked and smelled like it was made up with the sheets from the last guest and not changed. The room itself was dirty in appearance, went to the front desk and the agent was busy with other check-ins, spoke with the housekeeping manager, who said the room was just cleaned ( that was not true) There was only 1 bath towel and no toilet paper, the toilet had hairs on the rim of the bowl. Then.. the cockroach ! That was it, we just left. The reviews I had read before booking must have been written by the owners or their friends, they certainly didn't fit the property at all. TV was unwatchable as well, there was a whole section of burned out pixels down the screen. None of the exterior doors locked and were accessible by anyone and there was what seemed like a homeless person sleeping inside the stairwell when we were coming back in rom the parking lot. Obviously no security at all. I have never stayed at a property this bad in all my travels through Hotels.com Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for your money.

Nothing. I booked the hotel in an emergency. When I arrived, the hotel was dirty, sheets had stains, and front desk staff would not refund my hotel rooms. I have asked for a refund from booking.com, but continue to get the run around. The hotel number listed on the site says it isnt taking calls and gives you the same exact number to call back. Overall, very poor experience and I wouldnt suggest anyone stay there. I didnt stay in the rooms since it was extremely dirty. I wouldnt even want to walk through those door again.

The room was clean, there were lots of parking, the staff was helpful, friendly and professional, they provided breakfast. I would stay at this location again.
