It was convenient to restaurants and things that we needed to get to. We were on our way home from a cruise so it broke our trip up. It is an older building so I could tell there had been some repair work on the tub and sink. Not a big deal for us. It was clean.

U totally screwed up our reservation and had us at the wrong place!! When we got there my husband went in and they told us the reservation was there which was way away from where we should be / my husband came out to tell me went back in and they had cancelled our reservation!!! Thank God we found another place to stay!!’ He was very rude at 4 In the afternoon and told us the room was not clean anyway and he would have to call his supervisor!’ A little compassion and not cancel our room when my husband came out to talk to me to discuss what we should do!!!

Overnight stay. Hotel staff was not welcoming at all on initial day. The building is very outdated and unsanitary. My first room had stains on bedding, tables and walls. The 2nd room smelled like mold terribly. Also the Ice machine was down. All around was not a hospitable experience until the following day at checkout where management was on site.

Refrigerator in the room was not usable. It was full of frost and had leftover wrapped food in it. The floors between the nightstand and bed had not been properly cleaned as there items on the floor. It was a convenient location. Staff was pleasant. Bathroom was very clean.

The only disappointment I had was at breakfast. Usually, hotels have juices available to drink. The only drinks available were coffee and lemon water.

This property is in dire need of CapEx repairs. The air conditioning in the common areas was not working, and the showers and bathtubs were showing rust and clearly needed to be replaced. Additionally, the toilet in my bathroom ran all night, necessitating a room change. I only stayed for one night, and that was too much for me - I won't go back to this place.

This has been one of the worst stay nights have ever had, there were roaches in the room, broken ice machine, I stayed for two nights with no change of linens or towel when I asked for it they said “ well if you are not staying for a couple of nights we don’t do it “ I told her I was staying for two nights and they say well we don’t have any towels, the toilet was loose from the floor which is a safety concern and the cherry on the top was that my friend was sitting outside with my 8 month old baby and one tall dude who happened to be an employee decided it was ok to start smoking like a bat next to my baby in a outside space next to the facility, I respect smokers but you don’t choose deliberately to stand next to a baby to do it, it’s just unacceptable, you don’t do that!!!

The breakfast was good, the restrooms were not clean. I had to take a shower in the room my children were staying in because the shower head in my room was filthy and full of calcium buildup. Also, I had to clean the toilets in each room.
