Just awful all together

Great clean and quiet hotel

I gen we checked in and went to our room it was not clean. The ice machine was not working. The hotel smelled awful.

I like how comfortable the beds were. I loved the breakfast attendant. She was nice and very helpful. The breakfast area was clean. The food was hot. There were a variety of options. I didn't like our toilet would not flush and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. I called the front desk. The guy said he would send maintenance. No one came that night. I did not receive a follow up call from the front desk. The next morning me and my children got up early to eat breakfast and leave. I told the lady at the front desk our toilet did not work and the sink would not drain. She stated, "What was your room number. I told her. She said that room was not suppose to be rented out. She said I would get a refund. She asked were there any other problems during our stay. I said no. She said she will let her GM know so I could get a refund. I said Okay. She said have safe travels. I said thank you." My children and I left. I waited 5 days before I called the hotel back because I had not received the refund. I thought it needed time to process. A lady answered at the front desk. I told her why I was calling. She said I would have to talk to the GM. The GM came on the phone. Apparently, the lady had already explained to her what I was calling about because she immediately started talking. No hi, no apology. She asked me the names of the people I told about the toilet so she can verify to be able to give me a refund. Of course, I didn't know their names. She said she couldn't give me a refund if she couldn't verify it. I explained I didn't know their names. I asked if their names were in the computer because they checked me in and out. I also asked who name was on the maintenance request because as me and my children were walking out of the room to leave, he was coming in. She said she didn't have any documentation that there was a problem so she couldn't give me a refund. My phone started breaking up. I apologized about that. I don't know if she actually heard me because I lost service. I called back when I got in a better area. The same lady answered. She said the GM was not there.

ABSOLUTELY NO DISHES FOR KITCHEN, got hassled for being in the pool area wanted to check my room number the pool was dirty had to ask to have it cleaned

Really nice rooms and comforting atmosphere ans location with tons of food options and shopping and very convenient for sure !!!!!

Dirty bathroom, shower was not clean and had mold in the corners. Bed looked and smelled like it was made up with the sheets from the last guest and not changed. The room itself was dirty in appearance, went to the front desk and the agent was busy with other check-ins, spoke with the housekeeping manager, who said the room was just cleaned ( that was not true) There was only 1 bath towel and no toilet paper, the toilet had hairs on the rim of the bowl. Then.. the cockroach ! That was it, we just left. The reviews I had read before booking must have been written by the owners or their friends, they certainly didn't fit the property at all. TV was unwatchable as well, there was a whole section of burned out pixels down the screen. None of the exterior doors locked and were accessible by anyone and there was what seemed like a homeless person sleeping inside the stairwell when we were coming back in rom the parking lot. Obviously no security at all. I have never stayed at a property this bad in all my travels through Hotels.com Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for your money.

Nothing. I booked the hotel in an emergency. When I arrived, the hotel was dirty, sheets had stains, and front desk staff would not refund my hotel rooms. I have asked for a refund from booking.com, but continue to get the run around. The hotel number listed on the site says it isnt taking calls and gives you the same exact number to call back. Overall, very poor experience and I wouldnt suggest anyone stay there. I didnt stay in the rooms since it was extremely dirty. I wouldnt even want to walk through those door again.

The room was clean, there were lots of parking, the staff was helpful, friendly and professional, they provided breakfast. I would stay at this location again.

Breakfast the lady that works there in the morning. I can't remember her name. Rooms are always clean..my husband and I stay here when we come to visit. No complaints
