The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well kept.

The gentleman that works the front desk is consistently not welcoming. Water pressure in room #405 was horrible. The rooms are inconsistently maintained.

Staff was very helpful and we were pleased to have valet parking included. Loved the room and enjoyed being right in the heart of Georgetown

The property is great and convenient. The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The Inn staff were friendly and helpful. The Inn itself definitely needed a refresh. My room contained a sink vanity that had a painted countertop. The countertop paint had many chips from wear and tear that gave it the appearance of being dirty, even though it wasn’t. Also the small tiles on the floor had a strange wear pattern that also gave the appearance that the room was not clean. I want to be clear, the room was clean however the wear and tear of the room made it feel grungy. The bathroom had four lights and three of the lights did not work. When I notified the staff they immediately repaired the lights. The barn door to the bathroom had no handle on the inside making it difficult to get out if the door was closed completely. The door also had been sloppily painted. (I guess in an attempt to give the room a refresh??) The hotel did have a restaurant which we tried for lunch. The food did not blow me away. I had a turkey Cuban sandwich melt. It was bland and the gherkins gave it a strange twist. It left something to be desired. The bread was really nice and fluffy and it did have plenty of Turkey. MY daughter had the shrimp tacos and they were excellent with large tasty shrimp. Also, the staff was really sensative to her food allergies.

Staff was nice. Location is great. View is not to talk about and property is old, but location kind of offsets if a bit.

The best part about this hotel is its location where tons of restaurants and stores are literally just doors away. The hotel room was nicely sized and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small. The a/c made some noise, but they were quick to respond to that, as well as keeping the room clean and any other requests that we made. The proximity of our room to the elevator and housekeeping area was a bit bothersome, but all in all, we finally got a room we liked, and our stay here was very pleasant.
