Best Western Plus Port of Camas - Washougal Convention Center

The staff were great when we asked if we could have a room with a view of the Columbia River. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. New property so the decor was nice. We enjoyed our stay here

Water pressure is horrible for showers. Water never really got more then warm.

Our room need attention. Bathroom toilet and shower both leaks. Bathroom toilet holder is missing from the wall. Floor border detached from wall. Not what I would expect from BW.

rooms are very clean.

We did not have a balcony. We had a view of the parking lot. Stay was fine hotel was decent for the area.

The room was very clean and well suited for our dog. The staff was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person.

Great location, walking trails view of the river and Mt Hood, good breakfast

No conditioner in shower

The rooms were spacious, clean and well supplied. The complete breakfast was very complete; plenty of food and every possible choice/combination with plenty of tables. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were wonderful.

Clean, upscale, excellent laundry facility, pool, and hot tub!

We arrived 2h prior to our check because we needed to attend a wedding and we asked if we can have the room to change. We traveled for 6H and we needed to take a shower and they refused us and asked us for $50 for early check in.

Very quiet until the construction started up next door

Excellent full breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were large, great pool, and the property was clean. Very nice three night stay, no complaints.

The Hotel is very nice, and the staff was extremely professional, however the local area is very active at night, a lot of foot traffic and suspicious characters roaming around, they have made some good policies for keeping the inside and lobby area secure, but I was constantly worrying about my vehicle and cargo in my trailer. If they could fence up, or secure that parking then I could give the a full 5 stars.
