Friendly staff, large clean room

Very difficult to get in and out of the driveway due to blind spots on the road

Took 20 minutes to check in , systems problem , could not produce key cards for the quiet back of the house , put us in front near busy highway , too noisy . Bathroom sink was clogged on our arrival - staff did fix it promptly . Excessive noise from room above us - called front desk twice during the night to quiet things down , no change in disturbance , precluded the good night’s sleep we need after long day’s travel , would not stay at this property again . Our needs are simple : clean , comfortable , quiet . 2 out of 3 not good enough .

Was staying for a weekend. Did not have a chance to use the pool or the hot tub. The staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were staying in were clean and well maintained. Hotel location wishing less than 10 mins drive to few local places to visit. If our travel finds us in the area, this hotel will be our forts choice to stay at.

Nothing The noise kept me awake until midnight and then woke me up again at 6 a.m., despite my respectful complaints to the staff. What is particularly disappointing is how little the staff seemed to care and how nothing was done to properly address the issue. Instead, I received different explanations and excuses from different members of staff. I was initially promised a refund for one night, only to be offered, five minutes later, a “gift” from the hotel shop worth around $5, for a room that costs approximately $300 per night. This felt extremely dismissive and showed a complete lack of understanding of the seriousness of the situation. To make matters worse, when I returned to the hotel, I found that my room had not been cleaned because the hotel had apparently not scheduled enough staff. I fail to see why I should have to accept the consequences of the hotel’s poor operational management. Overall, the noise, the lack of an appropriate response from the staff, the contradictory explanations, and the failure to clean the room have made this stay extremely disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel charging $300 per night.

The staff was caring. Breakfast was good. It was busy and the staff was fast at making sure the stuff was full. Didn't use the hot tub.

We had a great stay! Our room was very clean, the kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pool and the hotel was conveniently located. Can’t wait to stay again!

We were extremely happy with our stay. Kaden in the front desk was very helpful and kind. He made sure we felt at home. The hotel was close to Ben and Jerry’s and other cute stores. I recommend this hotel!

All good, bed was extra comfy I did not want to get up! Breakfast was standard - I just hate eating off paper plates with plastic cutlery.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and make us welcome to the hotel! The breakfast is simple but it has everything we wanted. I was the driver and I love their indoor garage that connected to the hotel elevator straight to your room. Highly recommended!
