Clean, functional and well appointed room.

Rooms were not ready at check- in time- then there was a power outage- which cannot be helped I get it- but, we had to keep calling the front desk for more than 4 hrs and no one could answer because he was swamped. Seems like they could have planned better for a holiday week and had extra housekeeping and front desk staff. Not the cleanest even when we did get our room. I was comped one night’s fees but the charges for second night were almost double so they didn’t really lose any money.

We actually didn’t stay the night because there was a power outage in the area. We had a very early start the next morning and didn’t want to do that in the dark, plus the AC wasn’t working as a result of the outage. The manager gladly refunded our payment, as we booked a hotel 45 minutes toward home. She wasn’t required to refund payment. We will be back!

We arrived around 4:30pm, two other customers was being taken care of and only had to wait a few minutes. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy. Unfortunately shortly after we arrived the hotel lost power. It didn’t return fully until after 10pm. No restaurants were open so we had to leave and find something to eat outside the hotel. It would have been nice and someone from the hotel would have made suggestions or made sure they had something available for guests. They made sure the generator was working for the slot machines and nothing else. It wasn’t anybody’s fault but there was no communication.
