This is a great place to stay. The room is clean and spacious.

The location is good as a base for visiting the upper Finger Lakes region. The tile areas of the bathroom were not properly rinsed after cleaning so there was a film of sorts on the tile which was unpleasant to walk on.

The room was nice and clean. No good resterants there anymore, or good breakfast options. It was a Monday night but only could pick from a 18 dollar smashburger or slice of gross pizza. Not what it used to be, very disappointed in the food options

Check in was good, no wait. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, very comfortable bed!! Only complaint-when gambling no free drinks!

The front desk person was less than enthused to be there - flat affect, did not look at me when speaking to me, no positive emotion, I was NOT felt to be welcomed. The room was exactly as the photos showed. When I was IN the shower, there was no shampoo. When I checked out - I had the same horrible experience as when checking in. No "how was your stay?", "Is there anything we can do/could do to make it better?" - could barely even acknowledge that I was checking out. It pained her to even provide me with a receipt. I explained about the shampoo, and was responded with 'yup'.

Everything was amazing. But we have something annoying in the middle of night at 2-3 am a noise and they were repairing something next to our room and they kept talking with a high voice. We complain at the reception and the receptionist was very careful and they give us a breakfast voucher to apologize for the disturbance.

We booked the property because it had EV charging station - when we arrived it had like 10 charging stations for Tesla and 4 for everything else and of the 4 only 1 worked. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly for the most part but no one was going above and beyond by any means. The room was very nice but the wood furniture was pretty beat up and the carpet in the hallways of the hotel needed a good steam clean.
