Clean room and casino

My friend needed Tums early morning and front desk didn't have any though they were able to locate some through the staff. Amazing! Restaurant order did take longer than average but very good Indian Tacos so well worth the wait.

The cleanliness was fine. However! We had NO HOT WATER!!!! I told the desk person 3 days in a row. They kept telling me they would let someone know. Out of a 4 night stay we had enough hot water for 1 shower on the 2nd night. Asked about compensation when we checked and was told they would let the manager know to contac me, that was almost 12 hours ago and still have Not heard from the manager.

The attention of the very adequate casino cleaning staff was amazing. They were not lurking & you wouldn’t even know they were there, but seconds after you leave a machine you see out of the corner of your eye someone there to clean & sanitize the machine for the next person. The check in staff is amazing along with the Rez restaurant staff. I felt so safe with the security walking around & watching out for everyone’s safety also.

Everything was good. The staff deserves a big raise!

Everything was great. Food and service at Rze was very good. Room was large and clean. I was however surprised that the casino didn't open the next morning until 10:00 a.m.

Very safe place to stay. We were traveling with larger items in the back of our truck and nothing was touched. Hotel was nice, restaraunt was good and we had fun at the casino!

I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.

The buffalo statues in the lobby. The wait to get hot water is a waste. Had to turn off shower then turn it back on to get hot water. It was a hit or miss thing,
