I had a very late check-in in the middle of the night called ahead. They were very accommodating and had everything just ready to go for me very quick so I could get some rest. Very clean super easy very friendly staff.

The Manager Stephanie is the greatest, she went above and beyond to help us with a booking accident on my side...she did everything he could and we really appreciate it!!!

Front desk was not manned most of the time (press bell for service) leaving a possible security issue with anyone able to just walk in.

Good WiFi. Very clean. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Bed is hard. Road noise. Shower soaps not refilled, one was completely empty.

The staff would not let my adult son check in, despite being told 2 days prior that our reservation was valid and that they were making a note within the reservation, to allow him to check in. We've never had an issue at this hotel before and are frequent customers. This has us doubting future stays.

The hotel was clean and the staff was better than great. The pool and hot tub was crystal clear and the area was immaculate. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Overall, the place is nice and the staff friendly and helpful. My room smelled musty. That probably means mold or that the A.C. isn't draining properly. Either way, this is a bad and possibly dangerous thing. It's time to replace the furniture.

Wet washcloths were hanging on the shower rod when we got there. No extra TP. Room just didn’t feel very clean. Bed was very comfortable though.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The person that checked us in put forth great effort to maximize our convenience. Best of all the staff immediately acted upon our request for the pool temperature to be adjusted upwards. This was much appreciated by our party and other hotel guests. The staff was an excellent representation of the wonderful friendly people of beautiful Wausau. Infinite gratitude to the staff of the Wausau Days Inn!!

We stayed in a two-bed room next to the pool, which was very convenient for our group. The room offered plenty of space for 4 people, had good AC, and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was good, with a variety of hot and cold options available. The location has many food options within walking distance from the hotel, both sit-down restaurants and fast food places.
