Front desk staff was very friendly however I was double charged. She worked through the problem with the assistance of the Manager via phone and resolved it. She was top notch. The facility itself is dated and needs to be upgraded to beyond the 1990's.

We were in Wayne visiting family. We have stayed here before. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Normally quiet but there were some rowdy kids running the halls. Prefer this over Super 8.

While the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were awful. Both my husband and I had a very hard time sleeping with these pillows.

Didn't have enough seating for breakfast. Location was good. Shower was poor...wasn't installed properly (no mud base below tub...cracking/popping when standing in it). Tub/shower transfer valve was terrible. Poor water flow. AC unit was loud and underpowered. No privacy shades in window...only full blocking. Very poor customer service at front desk.

Cobblestone has always been our place to stay in Wayne but this time it seemed like the staff was all new and untrained. Breakfast had always been very good but this time it left a lot to be desired. Food items were cold or missing or even terrible. But the waffles and fresh fruit were good. On other stays we have enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies but this time they were missing until I asked for them numerous times.

The room I stayed in had a floor fan blowing. The room smelled very musty - most likely a water leak of some sort. I would recommend the hotel get the leak fixed & replace the carpet.

Comfortable and clean, perfect for a quick overnight visit. We didn't utilize the bar or breakfast service but both looked like great options for future stays. Hotel is in walking distance to The Jug and McDonald's.
