Very convenient location to family The staff was in training mode on a new computer system so the check in process was slow. However they were very friebdky

This hotel is on a Main Street but set back. I had an awful uber experience taking me nearby to a dead end street bc they didn’t see the sign on the big street. When I made it to the hotel I mentioned it to the front desk who didn’t bat an eye. I walked around the corner crying and then made my way down the very long hall to a room that was completely isolated near two exterior entrances and across from a stairwell. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This was the first hotel I put a chair under the door. The room was also designed very poorly with the tv to the left and the door down the hall so you can’t see it when it bed. Very eerie and uncomfortable again. I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning and instead of listening to my explanation and experience she argued with me saying this isolated room is requested by solo female travelers bc it’s away from the noise. The experience speaking with the staff arguing my experience was dismissive.

Parking was very convenient and the location is accessible to many stores.

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent breakfast menu, clean rooms, wonderful location next to Target, and very close to I-476 and Villanova University. Plenty of free parking.
