The property is nice The swimming pool need better clean in the back deeper and they need do better breakfast. It wasn’t enough of breakfasts, we decided went out to grab breakfast.

The staff were super nice and the rooms were clean! We got a suite with a kitchen and oven. My only complaint is when we turned the oven on it immediately filled our room with smoke so we didnt get to use it.

Was an ok place to sleep! The restaurant and bar did not open on time, with the restaurant not opening at all! Pool was dirty. Mgr said his maintenance guy left him.

Nothing The hotel was very dated and the wall in the bathroom was broken at the corner and had a big hole. Breakfast was awful. Sausage was cold. No eggs. It looked like it hadn't been replenished since it was first put out.

The room was too small for us. We're on a long road trip with lots of baggage.

Arrived late and left early. Staff was very kind

The first room we were given a key for was either not cleaned or occupied when we opened the door - I’m glad we didn’t surprise someone. The second room was ready but had bugs on the floor and a musky odor. The breakfast was a major disappointment. There was a nice area for breakfast and there was food but no coffee cups that were clean. I assume the hotel uses real plates instead of paper products to save money and I applaud the efforts to reduce waste, but, not having enough staff to wash dishes makes paper products very reliable. I finally got a coffee cup, fixed some hot tea, went to a table, then to make a waffle (no batter left), and when I got back to my table, the one guy working had picked up my cup while bussing tables😩 I would not recommend this hotel. It could be a nice facility if they managed better and got more help.

Horrible place to stay.

Night shift lady Crystal was amazing and worked hard to make things great for us.

Nice rooms, good bang for the buck. Nice little bar. Everything was fine. No negatives.

This was a great place to stay! Super friendly staff with easy and convenient laundry facilities. Clean and comfortable rooms and a nice shower. Everything was great!

I paid in advance through Booking.com for a room on June 10. We arrived and the staff were clearly overwhelmed and stressed. They had no rooms available. We asked to cancel the reservation and ended up staying at a different hotel altogether. I have been trying for a week now to get a refund for the room we didn't stay in, but the staff put me on hold and never returned to the call!

The pool situation was especially concerning. Several members of our group ended up cleaning the pool themselves and even contacted a local pool company to test the water to ensure it was safe to use. The staff was friendly and did their best, but they appeared overworked, with only one person on duty at a time. As a result, response times were understandably slow. We have stayed here for many years for our college reunion because of the great pool area and bar, which provided a wonderful place for our group to gather. Unfortunately, since the new management took over, the quality of the property and overall experience have noticeably declined. We appreciate the efforts of the staff, but due to the condition of the property and the lack of preparation for our group’s stay, we will be choosing a different hotel for future reunions.

It was okay

Staff - sincerely saw a single person miraculously working the front desk, cleaned the breakfast area, and even made eggs. Room was clean.

The room was clean but the furniture in the room took up most of the room. For an overnight stay, we didn’t unpack, so not much room to move around with the suitcases open. That being said, some updating would be helpful. The stairs looked rusty and rough. Seems like they had a large group, or possibly residents, so going to the pool felt awkward. Also, needed to stand in line to use the laundry, decided to wait until the next stop. It was ok for a stop over but I don’t think I’ll be back.

The decor and location were very nice. The VERY limited staff tried to make up for the poor conditions, but could not. The pool seemed nice. AC did work in the room. Room cleanliness and amenities, water pressure at the grounds. We were presented with a bathroom that was not cleaned, a dirty diaper on the floor and no amenities re-stocked (towels, soap, etc). Water pressure was non-existent during the evening. It did return by morning, but going to sleep not knowing if you would be able to shower and/or wash up in the morning was not pleasant.
