Clean room and excellent staff, but air conditioning was very poor, especially in hallway and elevators, which is not a good thing in Texas in July.

As usual, a traveler could not ask for more. Fairfield is always our choice.

I need of repairs the ceramic tile in the bathroom was cracked the bathroom threshold was cracked and loose tripped over several times had to go get more towels on our second night no housekeeping touched our room

Hotel was OK at best, breakfast was fair, room could have been cleaner, A/C didn't work very well and the room was very small. The only thing I can rate above a 3 is the staff, they were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, our room did not meet those expectations. Upon entering, the room had a damp, musty odor, and there was noticeable condensation on the windows. The couch had several large stains, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. We also found multiple bobby pins on the floor that appeared to have been missed during cleaning, as well as a baby pacifier near the air conditioning unit. These items suggested the room had not been thoroughly inspected between guests. We also left them on the floor and by the AC as its not our job to clean the room. We did not request a room change or bring these concerns to the front desk during our stay, because we would be busy with family and only needed the room to sleep in. However, considering the price paid, the overall experience was disappointing. I would rate the stay 3.5 out of 5 stars. The staff and property itself were wonderful, but the cleanliness and condition of the room did not reflect the price.

Only problem was room was very smelly and my husband slipped getting in the bathtub. They extended us 30 minutes at check out to get bath and dressing completed. A Bug ( roach)was seem in room. I’m think this is a Weathford problem . We had more Roaches in the Best Western around the corner.
