As a motorcycle traveler it is appreciated to be allowed to park under the roof at the entrance especially during the rainstorm.

The room was clean and comfortable,. The breakfast was quite good - loved having Nutella. Nice-sized fitness center. Good location just off the interstate - easy access to Asheville. Welcoming, helpful staff. I wish the room had a chair - not a desk chair that rocks back - but a living room style chair that would be good for reading and give an option to rest sitting on the bed.

The staff were so friendly and nice. That's hard to find these days. We went hiking and slid down slide rock. Every morning we had the best breakfast (which was included) and kept us going throughout our adventures. Thank you Fairfield inn for making our stay so pleasant.

Everything is clean here. The pool was closed 2 of the 3 days I was there. Love the yogurt bar at breakfast. Front desk employees could be nicer, but the lady on checkout was very helpful and understanding.
