The breakfast here was incredible! Actually good food and tons of options. The room was fine, other than it being very bright in the morning because the shades on the windows weren't very thick. Other than that it was wonderful!

While the staff tried their best, the accommodations were very disappointing. The ice maker and the swimming pool were out of order for the entire 5 night stay, the king size suite had only 1 very narrow closet and 1 small 4 drawer bureau - not enough storage for 3 adults. And the guest laundry room had no chair, no coin changer or laundry product dispenser. You had to go to the front desk for supplies and they were unable to provide change for the machines. We had to go to a nearby grocery store to get quarters.

Great Hotel stay. The guy that checked me in- William is amazing. He over heard me complaining that I had received a bad drink from the restaurant next door. He told me to hang on for a minute. I did as told and within 3 minutes he came back with a brand new drink for me. He did this just to make my stay here extra special. I travel for work and stay at different hotels all week long. This is the first time anyone has taken the time to make ME feel that special and at home at a hotel. William is a true gentleman and inspiration to what great customer service looks like. Your entire team was very nice but William, over the top! Thank you

The room was ok. The only problem I encountered was that my cleaning service was really not thorough and had to call to get it fixed. William at the front desk was most helpful and delightful!

Checking out Room wreaked of cigarettes/chemical odor the entire stay. The "heated salt water pool" was out of operation 2/3 days, freezing cold & over-chlorinated. Minus Kameron, staff was uninformative, unsympathetic & unapologetic & said they were "understaffed".

We spent one night, the room was very clean, quiet, with great amenities (alarm clock, microwave, fridge, nice lamps). Breakfast was free, with lots of good choices. Great parking and location.
