Quality Inn Weeki Wachee - Spring Hill

Close to weeki wachee n that's exactly what we needed

The room was just ok. Was not clean specifically the floors. The pool did not have sun loungers. Definitely would not recommend.

I did call down to the front desk and let them know so hopefully they put in a work order to get the AC working again in Room 123 so that the next person doesn't have the same experience!

Not the best quality inn

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the bed cover wasn't very fluffy. It was a bit cold.

Good clean room. Good breakfast

Parking felt safe. Breakfast was not that great. The eggs were not hot, only white bread available for toast and only 1 type of muffin offered.

Location, professional staff, smile which always made you feel welcome. Prompt response to questions and services requiring attention from staff and management . Cleanliness, bug free, breakfast availability. Room arrangement, and great mattress in room. Broken ice machine next to room with excessive water leaking. Experience one day of limited breakfast items, such as no bread toast my staff previous shift didn’t take out from freezer, no muffins and other items.

Rooms were dirty. The ac didn't blow cold

The location was great, only 1 mile from Weeki Wachee. The pool was nice but management chased us out at 8:30 Monday night and 9 om Tuesday night. Breakfast could have been good but they were out of syrup and eggs on Tuesday morning and out of Syrup, eggs, and waffle mix on Wednesday morning. The bathroom and room floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were almost black just walking once from the shower to bad! We reported this to the front desk Tuesday morning. Upon returning around 5 in the afternoon, the beds had not been made or touched. There were fresh towels. The floors were still not cleaned. We and the grandkids were chased out of the pool and parking lot at 8:30 Monday night and 8:45 Tuesday night. The kids weren't being loud. The other family that was doing smores on the far side of the parking lot were told they couldn't do that. "The kids were disturbing other guests." The kids were not being noisy. Only talking at normal level. It was 8:45 in the evening. Really? Breakfast was inadequate. No syrup, no eggs, no waffle mix, Greasy sausage, milk with frozen chunks in it. A Winn-Dixie less than a mile away and the answer from the desk was, "The truck hasn't come in." I've been in management. Send somebody to the store. Keep guests happy! I won't bother staying at this hotel again if it remains under current management. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!

El personal fue muy atento, la habitacion estaba limpia( aceptable).

This is not a hotel but a rent a room for people. Noise like in a low income rental apartment. We didn’t like it. The tub dirty and old and it smells like roaches. Nope never considering again.

Rate was good but property seemed to house people for temporary housing.They were not an issue.

Was there for a 4 day stay .Second day the pool was closed by the Florida Department of Health. We were unable to use it the rest of our stay When I inquired at the desk when the pool would be open the clerk at the desk actually try telling me that the pool is usually closed during Hurricane Season. Of course being from Florida I knew that was ridiculous.Knowing how well they keep the pool is a big reflection on how they keep the rest of the property.And as a bonus when first checking into our room we got moldy chicken nuggets and fries in the microwave.

Front desk staff was great, very knowledgeable of the area and friendly. The laundry room could use a change machine, the front desk couldn't break my bills for quarters. The free breakfast did not have a good variety, I would have liked to have a bagel, muffin or pastry but only bread for toast was available. Perfect location if you are visiting weeki wachee springs and not far for areas to see the manatee
