Treasure Island Resort & Casino

We stayed in the Buffalo Tower which had recently been renovated. Our room was a double Queen. It was spacious along with the bathroom. A pleasant stay with a secure atmosphere as there was an attendant by the elevators and you needed your room key card to summon the elevator. We ate a number of times at "Currents" located in the Property. The food and service was very good. Definitely an impressive property.

We had a lot of fun. We always do. Rooms were great. Was first time we have ever had to wait for a room which was a little bit of a pain so we went and played bingo.. which was also fun however we did learn that the cater more to the electronic players then the paper card players. The numbers are called way too fast to actually be able to call your bingo before the next letter is called unless you’re playing electronic. Was still fun though.

It was clean and bright! Everyone was kind!

Great stay

Limited bars open at any given time. Limited seats at the only open bars. I don’t gamble so was looking forward to the adult only swim up bar. However only canned beer and seltzers and two tap alcohol drinks that were obviously canned drinks put in a tap. Water park only open 5-8 pm. Wave salon that I booked for a pedicure told me $50 which I agreed to and then upon check out it as all of a sudden a “deluxe” pedicure which was double the price. Never agreed to it. Feel like I was taken advantage of. I spoke to a manager and was only offered a future spa credit. I will never be back so this was not acceptable. I encourage anyone who books a service at the Wave Spa to make sure what they are paying for. Check out is 11:00 but at 9:00 am a housekeeper VERY loudly pounded on the door to see if we were gone. We were sleeping. Not cool. Won’t be doing that again.

An amazing stay. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff made us feel welcome. The room was very clean with everything we needed. I would definitely there again.

Wish they had a microwave in the room, and room wasn't cleaned during the two night stay. Wish they gave out more offers such as free bowling package for staying at the hotel one night.

I loved the indoor pool are especially the hot tub. The spa was nice and the massage was much needed. We ate at Tudo and the food was excellent as was the staff.

Our room was clean and spacious. We needed to roll in an extra cot and the front desk was very helpful. The activities on site were great for the kids. You have to walk through the casino to get anywhere and it smells like cigarettes, even though there's designated smoking areas. The outdoor fires on the patio shut down with the pool, so there wasn't a quiet place to hang out later in the evening. And the check in process was clunky. It took an hour to check in, and they didn't put us in the block of rooms reserved for the wedding we were attending.

The pool area is closed Mondays & Tuesdays we found out. We also found out more than half of the restaurants were closed also on those days. We were informed of that being typical winter hours but it was a bummer to us especially for the $10 resort daily fees when you don’t use the resort. Please add that in the description for future visitors. The rooms are clean & no microwave! Keep that in mind. The fridge is small but able to hold a few water bottles and soda cans.

Everything was great but I didn't get to use the water park area, because they close early on Sunday and aren't open on Mondays ("Back to school hours"). Not upset about it, just a bit disappointed. I wish I had checked before I went to dinner and people watching. I guess I'll have to go back to try the waterpark!

This place is a nice spot for a one night stay either with your family or just as a couple. The casino is a good size, not so huge that’ll you’ll get lost but plenty of gaming for every type of player. The waterpark is a great deal if you spend the night cuz it’s free. I stay up late and enjoy slot play, so it helps if you have an amazingly wonderful wife to watch the kids like I do. Overall one of my favorite one night stay places just outside the cities.
