We stayed for the pool areas and 2 of 3 hot tubs and kids area was closed.

Got a room upgrade on check in, was much appreciated. Lagoon is not open until Wednesday but was told in advance som not surprised.

The front desk will not allow you to have a complimentary hour for late check out. It’s $25 per extra hour for a late check out.

Not much food / restaurant to eat at. The buffet closed on Monday and Tuesday and the steak restaurant closed on Monday

I also horribly sick from eating burgers at the grill Y’ALL RUINED MY BIRTHDAY!!! I will never stay there again!!!

I arrived earlier than check in and requested if I can get into a room earlier, which I had to pay an additional for and was okay with that. The lighting was poor in the room, garbage from previously occupants under the table, strands of napkins in both bathroom and nightstand, and the desk wasn’t even wiped; there was ketsup smeared on the top surface. I’ve been in hotels in 20 states and 3 countries, this by far was the most filthy of them all

Amazing place! Wow!! Lagoon was nice. I wish they had an adult only time for the lazy river. Too many kids for a casino... We had to leave and sit in the hot tub after 5 minutes in the lazy river.....Was over run by little kids. Bowling was a blast... and Bingo. Wish they had a movie theater....it was the only thing missing...lol. Beautiful inside and out. We went to the Shinedown concert.. perfect walk from the hotel room to the venue. Will be coming back!

We took our kids to stay for a couple of days we all were excited about the water slides. They were all closed due to no staff. We were not notified and they should update their website stating slides might be closed due to short staff. They offered 2 $6 drink tickets. I want my money back what a waste of my time.

Nice updated, clean room. Buffalo tower lobby lead you right into the casino. Currents restaurant has all day breakfast, great food. Didn't like the 2 smoking sections in the casino. We had to go way out of our way to avoid them after bingo to get to the coffee shop and restaurant, and back up to our room.

Always enjoy swimup bar. I only stay when I get a discount. Nice property but I’m not paying $300 for it

We had a wonderful time at Treasure Island. Would have been fantastic if the slots were looser and we came home winners, but nonetheless, it was a great time with good friends.
