Treasure Island Resort & Casino

I booked the room in hopes of taking my wife to: the spa for a day; a dinner for us on the riverboat; and the seafood buffet on another night. However, after I booked the room/stay, only then was it revealed to me that EVERYTHING above is closed on Monday and Tuesday. We spent our time driving into Red Wing for entertainment. I will NOT be booking another room at Treasure Island Resort and Casino.

Their lazy river was superb..hot tubs were clean ,steamy jacuzzi…..kids pool was well maintained…they had kiosk for free coffee,hot water,paid kiosk for dumplings,sandwiches..casino was huge,their shuttle service was free of cost from parking to hotel and their behavior was very nice..room was clean ,well maintained..

Great time

Room was not properly cleaned we found dried blood on the counter tops. The room was nice and newer amenities but the housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning. Over the all property is enjoyable just wish they cleaned the rooms better.

We were put in a smoking room…may be one of the worst things that I ever smell in my life. Even if you were a smoker, I don’t know how you could stand to sleep in the room. They came to “deodarize” the room with some machine that ended up leaving my Sterling silver jewelry that on had on, black!! The staff was extremely rude & unhelpful. They wanted us to pay for another room in order for us to get a non-smoking room. Mind you, this was also 3am that we were dealing with this!!

Took my kids to the Waterpark, the outdoor pavilion for a concert and the arcade. Everything was great.

Pool area was excellent, swim up bartenders were the best. Room was comfortable & bed was just the right firmness. Great place for a quick get away.

Hotel was very nice. Clean, large room with great amenities. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was quiet. Enjoyed the outdoor lounging area outside of the pool. Adult pool bar was great and bartender was nice. I only wish they served mixed drink cocktails.

The Lagoon has weird hours on week days only opening at 5pm. Nothing close to property. Pool is Awesome! Bowling, bingo, gambling. First time players club card members get a lot of free stuff!

The rooms were nice and well kept and the pool area was clean. However, we had 10 people in 4 rooms all along a hallway and there was a door at the end of the hallway that staff started going in and out of at 6am and it slammed so loudly, none of us were able to sleep at all past that point. I don't understand why they didn't prop the door or use a doorstop to slow the slam.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the restaurant since they were ready to close but still took my group in and then did not provide a good service. Check-in process can take about an hour. It was my first time and had to get a passport card before accessing the water park tickets. Once tickets were received I still had to check it at the water park front desk and at the restaurant. This process could be smoother.

We had a great stay. Casino had plenty of cool offers. Pool was nice. Room was nice. Bowling was fun.

Restaurant was messy. Looked to be short staffed

The marina was okay but hard to get to.

Treasure island rooms are excellent

Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC worked great. Stayed in the Buffalo tower, rooms have been updated and modern and it was quiet. I would stay again.
