The pool wasn't open until 4:00 pm on weekdays and the food was overpriced dispute being rather low quality. The staff were wonderful however and when I visited the spa I was given many free gifts in recognition of my birthday. In all if you wish to stay on this property I would recommend visiting on a weekend and going off site for food and beverage. Not recommend if you aren't interested in gambling or the casino.

The room was nice, beds were a little hard but not a huge deal. The only thing that was really disappointing was that check out was at 11 but kidsquest didn’t open until noon. I tried to get a late check out but was told there’s a $25 charge per hour. As a result we left earlier then planned and didn’t gamble like we were planning.

easy check in and check out

AC in Buffalo tower did not work well. Everything else was great!
-
Great rooms in the Wolf tower.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Adult pool was closed for some reason, but the hot tubs and swim up bar no problem. Signing up for the resort pass in order to get to the pool area was a little time consuming, but one time only issue. Currents had decent food. Room was spotless, very good bathroom. Shuttle from the parking lot was great, very nice man driving.

Complimentary check at 2 but be prepared to wait on weekends as it's very crowded during peak season. Food average for buffet. Lagoon and spa was a wonderful experience.

Need more food options for late night snacks

Wish there was a map available so you could find what you were looking for instead of walking all over

Staff are very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the pool , bowling etc close at 10pm . The pool was temporarily out of order . Also no hot tub on the kids side , only on the adult only side . House cleaning knocking on doors before check out time .

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Any staff we talked to was friendly and helpful. The pool area was fantastic - especially the adult only area and swim up bar (wish there had been a few more options to choose from for drinks) - but this was by far my favorite area during our stay. I didn't get to try the lazy river, but looked relaxing. Dined at one of the restaurants, but I was not very impressed with the food or some of the service from a couple of the wait staff - waitress didn't really check on us and one of the other wait staff ignored customers that were waiting to be seated even though there was plenty of open spaces. Food was bland, a little on the cold side and didn't the bloody Mary I had was not very good - it seemed to be missing something. There were a lot of places on the floor to get a drink - options were limited though. Overall, our stay was good, relaxing and pleasant. We would book here again.

Wait at buffet was at least two hours… this is not a good way to keep people happy!
-
The staff were great. When we had questions the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful
-
gave us the wrong room in an extremely noisy part of the hotel, could not accommodate a room change, gave us a "free drink ticket" that couldn't even pay for a cocktail due to the price limit of the drink ticket, actually left and didn't stay the second night
