Everything! The room was huge. Comfy big bed, comfy chairs, huge shower. Beautiful location on the mountain! Nice pool too. Very pleased!!! No complaint at all.

The staff were very attentive and helpful from check-in to delivering extra pillows and towels to breakfast. We arrived at night and it was a little confusing where to check in because the property is spread across two locations so the gps sent us to the wrong place at first. I also tried calling to get directions but no one answered the phone. Luckily, we were able to find the front desk and got a map of the property which helped. Very beautiful campus, which we had more time to spend there. We stayed in the sunrise suite and the room was huge! Couple of small critiques, the bathroom didn’t lock and the shower doesn’t have a door so water goes everywhere. It’s a bit older looking but very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room were really nice and clean it was quiet and the grounds are beautiful! Would stay again!

Beautiful location and nice, comfortable updated room. However, more attention to detail in cleaning is needed as well as a replacement of towels. The edges of the room were covered in crumbs and small debris. The shower floor had more than a dozen black “mold” stains in the grout (an inch or two long each). Otherwise, the shower appeared very clean so maybe these had been thoroughly scrubbed and were just unfortunate stains. The towels were all fraying at the edges, so much that several times I had to pick bunches of thread off my skin or the floor to throw away. In all, it’s a very decent resort. It just needs replacement linens and more thorough cleaning.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The shower had black mold along the grout lines, and there were even small dead ants on the shampoo bottles when we arrived. Beyond that, the furniture throughout the room was extremely dated, heavily scuffed, and generally looked like it was long overdue for an update. I understand this is a 3-star resort, not the Ritz-Carlton, and there aren’t a ton of lodging options in the area. We certainly weren’t expecting luxury. But regardless of the star rating, a room should be clean and well maintained, especially given how much nicer the property appears in the photos online. The location is convenient and the surrounding area is beautiful, but unfortunately, this was not an experience we enjoyed and we would not stay here again without some significant updates to the rooms and housekeeping.

The location was good, close to Mt Hood mountain park. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice add on. The rooms veré huge lots of space with a balcony. It was pretty noisy at night with two weddings going on that day.

Decent room, the toilet handle would stick and the toilet would run if I didn't remember to push it up after flushing. The hotel was pretty empty and they put a person above my room on the second night of my stay and I could hear them walking around. Breakfast was included and was better than a lot of other hotel breakfasts, the grounds are beautiful and its far off a main highway so its very quiet.

The grounds and the staff were amazing. Our room was not. The heater was so loud that we couldn't use it and sleep at the same time. The TV remote was held together with Scotch tape. My father in law sat in the office chair and almost fell to the floor. It was missing screws. There were blood stains on one set of the sheets.

Crazy and loud family in room next to ours, 2am running around, no help from front desk.

We had to evacuate a through hike, on Mount Hood, due to a storm. We came in soaking wet, freezing and pretty miserable. The staff were so friendly, immediately offered a hot beverage, clean robes, laundry detergent to clean our clothes. They went over and beyond. The suite was more than what we had expected. Loved the property.

Clean, quiet, relaxing

Great breakfast! Very nice and accommodating staff. Heated pool. Beautiful location

If you get a room with a refrigerator it is only that and small. It has no freezer portion. If you follow Google maps you'll never get there. They are up and across the street. Overall the place was ok. The breakfast included eggs, bacon, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, mini muffins and other pastries and bagels.

Nothing to do or eat here if you don't play golf. In the boonies as well.

Loved the pet room Can’t think of anything

The campus was beautiful, well maintained. Breakfast was unexpected and exceptional. My room was spacious and clean. The pool/spa was clean. I loved the proximity to our room. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Staff was attentive. We loved this place and will return. The only complaint I could have is the showerhead. The water pressure was too much for the head and it was stinging spray. Also, be aware, Google maps may not take you to the lobby but across the street to the golf course instead. The staff was very patient directing us how to find our way when we called.
