Great staff and a very clean hotel. I have stayed there before so I was glad it did not disappoint.

Pet friendly! We loved our hotel.

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and seating was clean and comfortable. We had the lakeview room and other then the slight pesticide spray smell in the hallway. I would rate the service and comfort still as excellent. We had an A/C issue which we noticed on the first evening and after the call, it was quickly resolved.

Hotel is in a great location right next to a Publix, mall, and very close to the iTHINK Financial Amphitheater for the concert we were seeing. Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, lobby had a good assortment of snacks, pool area is lovely. Would recommend.

The staff was very helpful. I left a favorite pillow and Amanda went the extra mile to find it from housekeeping and mail it back to me. That kind of customer service is to be commended. The breakfast stopped being restocked a bit early so there weren't things available well before the stated closing time

Hampton Inn & Suites! The property is very clean and pristine. I was greeted and made to feel welcomed upon check in. I definitely have to acknowledge Courtesy Desk Representative Marelyn. *Marelyn's consistent Courtesy and professionalism is a credit to the hospitality industry. My decision to revisit Hampton Inn & Suites in the near future is based on the wonderful treatment that I received. I will gladly post photos.

Breakfast was Ok; the fruit had a rare flavor, and it was chewy. The halls have a strange smell, not bad but weird.
