Great hotel!

The employees were great, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was real good. My only complaint is that the pool looked dirty, and the jacuzzi was dirty and wasn’t working. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, and that’s one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Unfortunately, that part of our stay was disappointing.

Breasfast was just ok. Stay was good.

Staff was knocking at our door a little before 10:00am letting us know it was time for checkout, when at check-in we were told it would be at 11:00am. We felt rushed to check out earlier than expected.

1st I had requested a downstairs room i didn't get secondly honestly this hotel smell like mildew something in the air idk but my allergies where full blown...breakfast was awesome the attendant was very helpful n professional..

Front desk staff was amazing Michaela really accommodated us and so did Jesus. Excellent service job well done

Air conditioner leaked water

A newer clean property right off the freeway. An ISD administrative building on one side and a strip mall with little stores on the other and Wendy's & Chick-fil-A close. They're building a movie theater on the other side of the ISD building. The outlet malls are very close. Some grass for pets. But no pet run and no pet waste area. An uncultivated farmland right behind. La Quinta used to be very pet friendly. Expedia called ahead and I confirmed with the lady at the Desk that ESA animals were free and as soon as I made the reservation sitting right there she asked me for $25 apiece for my 2 dogs per day. They waived the fee because it was their mistake, but said in the future they would be charging for ESA animals which is a shame. They are smoke free except they have a large barbecue pit to one corner of the building in the back and smoke entered my room for 3 or 4 hours one day. Smoking is allowed at entrances. The bathroom mirror is weird and has settings right on the glass for light and heat. Bathtub plug didn't fit. Sink plug gets stuck. Bad spot on carpet in my room. Washing machine didn't drain water. But they did refund me. They ran out of towels but then caught up. Breakfast selection is limited. I don't like meat in my eggs. Elevator broke for a few hours. The enclosed pool would be much improved if they added Plants. Night man pretended to check on a wailing dog in another room for me- but the dog kept wailing. Maintenance is nice. It's fine but not a destination.

Great property especially for the price. Awesome staff: very helpful and recommended Reynas BBQ which was so good. Very clean room, enjoyed our stay.

La Quinta Mercedes location customer service is very helpful. Rooms are thoroughly clean. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was very delicious and fresh every morning.

This was a quick stay with a very late check in. The front desk was helpful. The breakfast was good.

Staff was great, rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of Parking. Breakfast was good.

Given it's in the Valley, the location was okay, literally right next to the outlet mall and some dining not far away. Facilities were not great, no stopper in the bathroom sink, so anytime you turned the faucet on the water disturbed the P trap and you got sewer gas smell. Pillows were not comfortable. Lighting in the room was non-existent.
