The staff were amazing, the facility is new and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and love it. But this time, our room smelled so bad we had to change rooms. It wasn't much better. And some times they charge for parking and some times they don't. It all depends on who is working at the front desk.

Greetings was great, the stay was very comfortable, location was close to everything. Only thing about breakfast was that they ran out of some foods, not the right sugar for some coffee drinkers. Cane sugar was not the got to for coffee. Other than that great stay, will revisit.

Good hotel but they can definitely can improve the cleaning of the rooms.

I did NOT like paying for parking and for that reason alone I most likely wont stay there again.

I was there for short time but had a wonderful stay. My kids enjoyed the pool .

This seems like a fairly new hotel. Overall it was clean, the room is comfortable. The extra large sitting area with the couch, and the kitchen was really nice. There were a couple things in our room that needed maintenance. There was no latch on the bathroom door, they just took it out. So you couldn't really close the door. In the kitchen was a coffee cup with a huge crack down it stained with coffee. That just seems crazy that housekeeping would have seen it and put it back. The pool area was nice. I guess there was a breakfast, we weren't told about the breakfast at all. Overall the room was nice and I would stay there again.

Staff very helpful. Parking on the other hand is confusing. Due to a sports facility next to the hotel, which is using the hotel's parking lot as overflow, was to charge for parking. I understand the solution they chose, but I would have the staff give a parking pass to their guests as other hotels do - World wide.

New property with kitchenette. Perfect for families with young kids. Breakfast is decent and filling.

Great and comfortable!

Our accessible room was really close to the bar which was incredibly loud at points. Closed at 10, but we had an early morning ahead of us and was unfortunate how loud the bar was that close to a room.

This hotel was super nice. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was so good! Will definitely stay again.

The property is clean and the staff there are amazing and very attentive to the guests. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and nice layout.

The kitchen good ?

Rooms were large. Booked room with intention of using pull out couch as stated when booking. Booked two king rooms. Bothe pull out couches were broken. Would have booked elsewhere for comfort for my family.

We wish the Roof top club would have opened earlier at 3:00p so we could have had an early cocktail around the pool or upstairs.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only problems we had was that we couldn't get any cold water from the spigots. The staff offered to have a maintenance man look at it but we were never there when the maintenance man was available. Also, didn't really care for the salt water pool. The salt water was really hard on my granddaughters hair and burned their eyes. So we only used the pool once in the 7 days we were there. The continental breakfast was great! So many choices of food to choose from. Probably the best I've ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful.
