The hotel was clean and the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. My only problem was the lights wasn't working in the room but I was there for only 1 night so I wasn't worried but I had a double bed and sofa bed but the sofa bed was uncomfortable but other than that I would stay there again.

Our stay was pretty good, I would give it an 8 out of 10. The beds were not all that comfortable. I like a more firm bed. But nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The property is well maintained and clean. Would stay again!

Great property & location I booked this and paid this through Booking.com. However, a couple days after my departure this hotel ended up charging my card on file for the night I stayed. So essentially I paid Booking.com and I paid the hotel. I called the hotel when I saw it on my statement and they said they would reverse it because they accidentally charged my card which I don’t necessarily believe because you charged it two days after my stay. Imagine them doing this to every customer who booked through Booking.com who paid their hotel through them and “accidentally” charge the card on file another night. I’m sure there’s a percentage of people that would never catch that on their statement. I do think it is shady business practice. I was a front desk manager for a hotel about 12 years ago and I know back then how these bookings work between third-party sites. Back then there was zero chance of there being an accidental charge to somebody’s card on file for the night in question. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Because the hotel told me it would take 5 to 10 business days and after not seen out of my statement on day 15 I had to dispute it.

The room was wonderful, but when we checked in we were told that there would be no water in the building for 5 hours in the middle of the day the next day. No warning ahead of time and no compensation offered. Also, we did not expect to have to pay for parking in this area of town. I’d stay again because the room was very spacious and comfortable, and assuming the water issue wouldn’t be a problem in a future stay.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and new. Loved the room. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The staff were amazing, the facility is new and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and love it. But this time, our room smelled so bad we had to change rooms. It wasn't much better. And some times they charge for parking and some times they don't. It all depends on who is working at the front desk.

Greetings was great, the stay was very comfortable, location was close to everything. Only thing about breakfast was that they ran out of some foods, not the right sugar for some coffee drinkers. Cane sugar was not the got to for coffee. Other than that great stay, will revisit.

Breakfast was good. I did not like that you charge for parking.

The breakfast was good and coffee all day. I did NOT like paying for parking and for that reason alone I most likely wont stay there again.

Good hotel but they can definitely can improve the cleaning of the rooms.

This seems like a fairly new hotel. Overall it was clean, the room is comfortable. The extra large sitting area with the couch, and the kitchen was really nice. There were a couple things in our room that needed maintenance. There was no latch on the bathroom door, they just took it out. So you couldn't really close the door. In the kitchen was a coffee cup with a huge crack down it stained with coffee. That just seems crazy that housekeeping would have seen it and put it back. The pool area was nice. I guess there was a breakfast, we weren't told about the breakfast at all. Overall the room was nice and I would stay there again.

Staff very helpful. Parking on the other hand is confusing. Due to a sports facility next to the hotel, which is using the hotel's parking lot as overflow, was to charge for parking. I understand the solution they chose, but I would have the staff give a parking pass to their guests as other hotels do - World wide.

Our accessible room was really close to the bar which was incredibly loud at points. Closed at 10, but we had an early morning ahead of us and was unfortunate how loud the bar was that close to a room.
