Enjoyed the Meridian Restaurant. Ate there multiple times and both my husband and I had a very good meal every time. I marveled at the amount of help they have to make things run smoothly. Based on some of the reviews I had read, this apparently had been problematic initially but certainly isn’t the case now. All staff were delightful to deal with.

Living in cottages right next to the beach is amazing enough. But associated restaurants and bar are great, too. Lots of entertainment for all ages. Playground, live music, beach volleyball, pool, smores-night on Saturdays are only a few things I remember doing. The interior of the cottages are a bit dated but everything is functional. I also heard they will renovate the cottages this off-season, so it might be perfect next year. One negative thing is that I think the staff of the restaurant is not super well trained yet. Service for breakfast was a wee bit confusing.

Great place. We enjoyed being on the ocean, the outdoor pool and bar. Only drawbacks were: 1) no WiFi in room 49. It continually dropped. Spoke to front desk personnel 3 times with no resolution or promised call backs. 2) buffet breakfast was marginal at best

    Amazing views and service!

The parking is a problem. We saw a lot of trash on the ground.

Loved the proximity to the public beach. Loved being able to order food and drinks from the outdoor bar or right from the pool area, though I the pool area and amenities were cleaner and they often didn’t have towels. That said, we loved and even extended our stay an extra night.

Overall very pleased with the ease of checking in and finding our cottage. For a place right on the beach I expected it to be a bit stuffy but everything was easygoing and inviting. The property happens to have an entire population of eastern cottontail rabbits that add to the relaxed rustic vibe. The Inn, much like the rest of the Cape is oozing with a charm lost to most of modern civilization decades ago. Strongly recommend for the extremely close proximity to the ocean and easy, comfortable accommodations.

Beach access so easeful and the beach was beautiful. The beach chairs are comfortable and beach towels were nice and big. To have a shower in the little light house by the beach is so much fun. The restaurant food is delicious and the view from the terrasse is stunning.

We LOVED our stay at the Lighthouse Inn! It was cute, clean, and friendly. My only request is that the put- put golf and shuffle board areas need to have the equipment better cared for and/ or replaced. There were only 2 golf balls and the golf clubs were all child size and broken. Half of the pucks for shuffle board did not have the inner weight so we're not usable. Despite this, we will definitely be returning to enjoy this beautiful resort! I highly recommend!

Beautiful location on the ocean. Friendly staff. Restaurant newly renovated.

We stayed in the furthest back cottage that had 5-6 guestrooms. Ours was #34. Room was stated as "one the their largest" by check in clerk yet was smaller than an average room at most hotels. Room was very dated, old roller shades that didn't stay straight when pulled and the outside light that was on ALL NIGHT shined thru the edge of the shade so room was lit up all night. Dampness close to the ocean is a reality. We kept the AC on to help combat this. This cottage is due for upgrades. Waterpressure in the shower was low and the drain didn't work so water came up to my ankle during my morning shower. Bed was comfy & plenty of pillows supplied. Inn's 2 roped off beach areas are heavily covered in seaweed, don't know if that changes thru out the year . Nice long beach to walk to the right and lots of fun shells to see or collect. Very well fed seagulls coming and going. Very poorly maintained mini golf course looked so sad, crooked and ignored. Pool looked nice and had plenty of chairs although we did not use it since it was overcast while we were there. Volleyball area, & Cornhole boards are there. Didn't try the restaurant for breakfast or dinner (neither included with room booking). Location for quiet getaway is AWESOME! Although if good weather I'd assume very crowded. I feel cost was HIGH for condition of room yet location is really Great & I hope upgrades are coming to bring this place up to its full potential. Old time Cape Cod Inn -cute, but could be OUTSTANDING !

Everything was amazing!! Incredible value for the price. Beautiful location, great amenities, clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was 5 star- cant wait to go back!

The location was amazing. So much to do on property you didn’t have to even leave.

The room was very dated and had a serious bug problem. There were many insects in the bathroom, and even after killing them, more kept coming through an opening in the ceiling. I eventually had to block the opening myself with paper. There was also a pillow that smelled terrible, and our room was not serviced or cleaned at all from Friday to Sunday. We were traveling with a baby, and the crib they initially brought us was literally soaked with water, apparently from being left in the rain. They did replace it when we complained. The hotel’s website advertises a game room, but there is no game room. The Saturday s’mores and music were canceled due to weather, which is understandable, but there was absolutely no indoor alternative for families. Breakfast also ends at 10 AM, very early for a summer weekend. The room was noisy at night, and even on arrival, the person at the parking entrance couldn’t tell us where our room was. The staff were friendly and polite, which is the main positive. For the price and how this property is presented, we expected much better. Expedia should review this listing and do a better job warning customers about the outdated rooms, lack of advertised amenities, and overall condition of the property.

Very upsetting. When we got into bed the first night of our stay there was grass in the sheets. After getting up in the morning after our first night spent there we requested that our room be cleaned and the sheets changed in addition to that we needed towels. That was not done and no clean towels were left. We were very upset. It was hard to communicate with housekeeping as they spoke, poor English. The beach was terrible. It was very dirty and we were not able to go in and swim let alone seek shells. Spoke to Marybeth and she was very kind and helpful. I will say that the restaurant was exceptional!!! Our waiter Michael was incredible and we requested him on future dinners

Our cottage was fine, but the bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. The sink needs to be attached to the wall properly…it is rickety.

The resort was very nice and the Meridian restaurant was the star attraction. Bartenders were great and the food delicious. The property was pretty well maintained. We didn’t use the pool but it seemed large enough for the amount of people using it. The beach was very nice and the small Jetty’s kept the waves down. We stayed in one of the upstairs lodges. It was dated with not many outlets, but comfortable enough room for 3 adults. We did not have breakfast there, but I can imagine it’s probably very good. There is a restaurant called the Sand Bar a short walk away that has great lobster rolls and local musicians. Great place!
