Hilton Garden Inn West Lafayette Wabash Landing

The property was well maintained and our room was comfortable. The location was great for the event we were attending. The parking was a hassle due to access, availability, and ticketing.

Not up to Hilton’s usual, for a college town. Bed and pillows were comfy, though. No fan in the bathroom. Also needed a shower mat. Really loud AC. We had to move the coffee maker as it was up too high to use. Tricky to use the parking garage next door as it didn’t belong to the hotel. Never ate breakfast there so can’t comment on that. But, great location, easy to find, and felt safe, even at night.

What I did not like was that they did not have dental or shaving kit.

The parking was a nightmare. They have a garage which is paid but validated by the hotel, however, the ticket did not work 2 out of 3 times. And we had to call an operator atleast half a dozen times to get the garage lifted so we can exit

Nothing Not worth it

Nice property. New/Clean.

Breakfast was not included. It wasn't clear in the hotel description on the booking site.

The location close to the school and shops The working inconvenience elevator never worked. It was dirty, there were little hairs all over the sink. Carpet was stained. The floors were dirty.. then the TV did not work! They did not resolve the problem before we needed to go to bed. We stayed one night and will not be going back there.

There is a slight inconvenience with parking.

The hotel is way overpriced for a three star hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was for a charge and the variety was very poor and not fresh. Half of the bath products were not filled. They take advantage of the Purdue families as there are very limited places to stay.

Excellent hotel close to Purdue campus making our trip very walkable. Room was clean and staff was excellent. Will definitely stay there again while visiting our son.

I did not like that there was barely any breakfast prepared, no clean dishes, dirty tables w/ dishes. I watched mgmt. (2 females) feed themselves and walk to the back with their breakfast while a staff member was overwhelmed trying to manage the entire breakfast area when a rush of 25 plus people were there and no food or drinks were replenished. The front desk man did not help either, just stood there. When we settled in for the evening we found our TV did not work… the cables were not hooked up to the back of the TV. Tried calling the front desk over the course of an hour, it was a constant busy signal.

When we booked the room it said free breakfast buffet. They wanted $12.99. It was our 1st and last time we’ll stay at a Hilton. Plus it’s false advertising

I wasn't able to turn on the TV with the remote. I went to the front desk and an engineer showed me how to fanagle the remote. He said that it was a new system.
